I agree it is a common thing nowadays. I am an Indian born & brought up here in South Africa & unmarried girls falling pregnant is still looked down on here in our Indian Community. We try to teach young girls good morals and to wait for marriage. After all parents want to see their daughters happily married living with their husband & children.

We have a lot of teen mums and there also looked down on... i don't know any Indian girl falling pregnant unmarried because her parents will disown her or get an abortion. 100% agree with you but they should educate Indian viewers and maybe should base a show on unmarried girls becoming pregnant, looking after their child and getting a degree. Instead of showing the same saas bahu drama 😊

Raunak has never noticed Akshay's reaction to his mothers attitude towards him either.

Raunak never gave Akshay that was like his brother and best friend a chance to explain WHY he ended up with Kajal.

I can see Akshay falling for all the bull crap Janki did to him... but if he really loved and believed in their friendship then he would have told Akshay about his mothers nature.

Best friends should be able to trust and guide each other especially if they grew up together.

Raunak is a blind and self absorbed "Momma's Boy" that thinks his mother coming to his room with her eyes closed before she sees the SUN... she has to see her SON.

Now that for a full grown son should be showing RED FLAGS about his mothers behaviour.

You are correct this is a very Unnatural and Dysfunctional family.
