Previous Update on Page 51A Wise Man's AdviseDadaji saw what Mrityunjay did in the kitchen. From yesterday he was observing Mrityunjay who was restless, there was something going on inside Mrityunjay which he was not able to understand.
Mrityunjay went on the terrace which was adjacent to their room. Dadaji thought to talk to him and so followed him. Mrityunjay was sitting in a corner watching the sunset. Dadaji came and sat near him."The evening sun is running behind clouds and going down saying good bye to half of the world to say hi to the remaining half of the world. Moon is slowly coming out from the veil of the sky to shower its pleasant moon light with the stars that cover the blanket of the dark black sky with its glittering light, making us believe that after each hard day we have a pleasant night which comes to us to say hi." said Dadaji to initiate the talk."Dadaji..." Mrityunjay said hesitatingly."Yes.""Dadaji, I have a friend and he is a little worried." He said keeping his eyes low.
"What happened to him?" asked Dadaji showing a little worry on his face.
"Dadaji, he had a girlfriend. He loves her too much but fears to say it as he thinks it would bring bad luck to that girl's life."
Dadaji was listening to him, how he was improvising his condition into another's and sharing it with Dadaji.
"Why he thinks so?" Dadaji questioned.
"The persons who that boy loved died and he doesn't want to lose her. So he didn't tell her about his feelings." After stopping for a while, he continued.
"That girl was always with him in his bad times, she accepted him as he was.""Does that girl know that the boy loves her?" Dadaji questioned keeping a close look on his reaction."She did." He said hopelessly, taking a short deep breath."Mrityunjay, men will be men." replied Dadaji laughing. Mrityunjay was confused with this and said, "Meaning?"Dadaji said, "When a woman loves a man, she surrenders her everything, her body, soul, life everything to him and in return expects nothing. She is like an ocean of love who knows only giving. But when her man reciprocates the love for her, it works as a single drop in the silent ocean which generates currents in it. Generates new will to live, gives her more strength and more and more love for him. She is the one who always sacrifices, always stands as the support system when the whole world leaves you alone. Not giving her the rightful love is a crime, they never demand for love but it's her man's duty to love her. He needs to say just one time about his love...baas ek baar... and feel the shower of love after that. Love has the power to transform people... A woman can become even more beautiful because of the man she is with... his love, his pampering, his honesty and his care for her... gives her the confidence to be all she can be...that's the truth..."
"Mrityunjay I also suggest to your friend ... Don't let your fear of the past affect the outlook of your future. Live for what tomorrow has to bring, not what yesterday has taken away."
Saying this, Dadaji went to his room.
"What am I doing? I am denying accepting my love for her in front of her ... I am committing such a big mistake." A voice echoed in his mind. He immediately went to their room to undo his mistake.
But there was no one in the room. He went near the radio remembering Tara, how one day when he had returned early he had seen her humming a song. He switched it on.
~Ye dil tanha kyun rahe
Kyun hum tukdon mein jiye~
He sat near the radio hearing this line.
~Kyun rooh meri ye sahe
Main adhoora jee raha hoon~
He was watching the room who's each corner depicted how Tara was involved with this room and with his life.
~Hardum ye keh raha hoon
Mujhe teri zaroorat hai~
"Tara...you are in every corner of this room."
~Andheron se tha mera rishta bada
Tune hi ujaalon se waaqif kiya~
He went in his study to skip from the guilt of hurting Tara.
~Ab lauta main hoon inn andheron mein phir
Toh paaya hai khud ko begaana yahaan~
Returning to that lonely room, he finds himself a stranger there. He was not liking any part of that room.
~Tanhaayi bhi mujhse khafaa ho gayi
Banjaron ne bhi thukra diya~
He sat at the place where Tara was standing before going on the trip. He touched it as if Tara was there.
~Main adhoora jee raha hoon
Khud par hi ik sazaa hoon~
"Oh...Tara ...I am sorry...I hurt you so much...I made you cry..."
~Mujhe teri zaroorat hai~
He got up, collected his stuff that he had brought there after Tara's accident from the room and went to his room. After arranging them he stood near the window.
