Prachi looks really lovely with Ritwik in her arms (kudos to Paanchi for doing the motherly bit so convincingly for such a young actress đ). It's no wonder Milind is in such a haste to get her pregnant but I don't think he knows what he is letting himself in for. đPrachi may be gentle as a lamb when it comes to being a wife, daughter, sister and friend but she will be an absolute lioness when it comes to her kids. I think if little Milsi is threatened is any way or form, we will see a Prachi that will have even Milind quaking in his boots. Actually, the sooner the Michi baby arrives the better, cos if Ayesha ever tries any of her tricks then, she is going to see a side of her sister that will make her wish she never set foot into the Shah mansion.
There is always this debate about whether the Kayamath tagline 'Changing Relationships And Everlasting Love ' is about everlasting love between NP & MA or everlasting love for Michi. But the only certain everlasting love anybody experiences in life is that of a parent and child. Prachi has already shown the everlasting love of a child by still honouring Inder inspite of
being fully aware of the all the mistakes he made. However her relationships with the other 3 main protagonists has changed drastically. She and Ayesha went from caring friends to warring sisters, her relationship with Neev went from being childhood sweethearts to distrustful in-laws and she and Milind went from being suspicious strangers to madly in love spouses. But through all of this Prachi's love for Inder has been constant. So, I think the changing relationships bit means her relationship with the other 3 main characters but the everlasting love bit doesn't necessarily mean Milind or Neev but could mean her children.
