Its just a PR article,its not loss , Deposit is refundable after contract period is over or they vacate house. Normally in mumbai for rent of any house ,rent agreement of 11 months will be there so also deposit of 11 months rent or as agreed amount . Deposit will be returned after contract period over or when they leave the rented house. So bakra will get back his deposit amount after rent agreement contract period over .
