Dont have any faith in Indian justice system but at least MH Govt is challenging the completely WRONG verdict of the HC Judge! The worst part was throwing out the witness statement of Patil. That was so Wrong and illegal in all aspects!

Well not expecting much and wastage of money but one good thing is SK will not be able to live in peace for another few years. Court cases never lets you live in peace
