EXCLUSIVE: Kajol Disappointed With Dilwale's Performance; Regrets Rejecting Durga Rani Singh January 22, 2016 Roktim Rajpal

During the recently held Filmfare awards, Shah Rukh Khan was seen cracking a few jokes at the expense of his last release Dilwale, which had underperformed at the domestic box office. Now, in a shocking development, it seems that his co-star and close friend Kajol did not find these jokes to be funny and felt that his actions were inappropriate. According to sources, the actress was hurt by the failiue of Dilwale and these events ended up making her feel more miserable.

Moreover, to make matters worse, the versatile performer believes that she had made a big mistake by agreeing to star in the Rohit Shetty-directed comedy rather than Durga Rani Singh. To be directed by critically acclaimed filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, it would have featured her in the a powerful role, and given the actress a chance to showcase her skills to the fullest.

Interestingly, the role may have gone to Vidya Balan instead. However, nothing is set in stone yet.On a related note, if all goes as planned, Kajol will soon be seen in a heroine-centric film. Now that's what we call a fast learner!

It is good to be happy and it takes a strong person to make jokes on your own failure instead of sulking the way Kajol is. One underperformed film and people can see the real status of iconic jodi's iconic friendship. Success is all that keeps these bollywood people together, one failure can show you the true colors.

Looking at the relationship Kajol shares with Shah Rukh, Ajai with Rohit, I dont think she would say that "she made a big mistake" ... 😆 and she knew when she signed up the movie that this is masala, action and comedy movie and not hard core love story that she did before with SRK... She herself has said that she needed to something different and she was happy to do it for Rohit.. 😕
