No it's fake as real ml doesnot fit in the present track and moreover drugs don't have a long effect so if she gets her memory back den wat it wud have made sense if she was married like by giving drugs dey got her married but now it is fake ml only

u never know, maybe shabby will keep on drugging her, mixing stuff in her food or even inhalation of drugs if on make up/clothes stuff can be effective!

And secondly wen under d influence of drugs she accepts Kunal as her hubby and listens to all his demands wilfully do dey won't be able to torcher her too
