Suman sat waiting for Karthik dressing up.
SUMAN:Today is our first Valentine's day after marriage.Still Karthik is not back from his office.Is it because still he has'nt accepted me after marriage?
She became upset.
She tried to console herself:May be he forgot that today is Valentine's day.
Karthik and Suman had arranged marriage.Suman liked Karthik from the beginning.But he always maintained a distance with her.
Just then Karthik came.
KARTHIK:Suman...
SUMAN:Karthik...Today is...
KARTHIK:Valentine's day..
Suman was surprised:You knew that today is Valentine's day?
KARTHIK:Yes.How can I forget today's speciality?Today is the day of love.
She looked at him surprisingly.He looked at her eyes deeply.
She became shy and looked downwards.
Suman :I thought because of work pressure you forgot..
KARTHIK:I will forget anything,but not you.
She looked at him surprisingly.
Karthik noticed that she has dressed up grandly.He became happy.
He thought:That means Suman wants to celebrate Valentine's day with me?Does that mean Suman is also thinking of me the way I am thinking of her?
He was carried away by her innocent beauty.
Kar:Suman...you look very beautiful in this saree.
She blushed.
KARTHIK:Suman...let us go out.
SUMAN:Where?
KARTHIK:Surprise.But you will like it for sure.
She smiled.
Karthik took her to a restaurant.
She was surprised.
He took her inside.She couldn't believe her eyes.
The whole hall was decorated.Music was flowing on the back ground.
SUMAN:So beautiful.
Then her eyes fell on the floor where it was written 'I love you Suman'.
She became very emotional.He was nervous about her reaction.
He held her hand.
Kar:Suman?You...
She looked at him.
Sum:You know Karthik...I fell in love with you when I saw you for the first time when you came home to see me.
He was surprised.
Sum:But seeing the way you behaved after marriage I thought you don't love me.
He held her hand with a smile:You know what Suman?I also fell for you at the first meeting itself.But seeing your quiet nature and reservedness I thought you needed more time.
Sum:I am a girl.How can I be so open?
They both smiled.
He cupped her face in his hands:Now nothing can keep us away from each other.
She blushed.
Karthik led her to the table with a smile.
She was surprised to see the dishes.
SUMAN:These are my favourite.
Karthik:From your mother I had enquired about your likings.
She was surprised:Thank you so much Karthik.I never expected this much.
He held her hand and rolled his eye balls on her:I will do anything for your happiness Suman.
She smiled.
KARTHIK:Now shall we start eating?
SUMAN:Ya.
Karthik took a spoon and looked at her romantically.She blushed.
He fed her.She fed him back.
When he started having food she took the spoon and started eating from his plate.
Karthik smiled at her.She smiled back.
After some time they went back home.
Karthik took bath and entered the bedroom.He was surprised to see the room being decorated with pink hearts.It was written on the wall:I love you Karthik.
He looked at Suman in disbelief.
KARTHIK:Suman...this...?
SUMAN:You gave me a Valentine's surprise.This is my Valentine's surprise for you.
He smiled:You have given me your heart by decorating the room of our love with hearts Suman.I love you.
He held her closer to him.She blushed.
KARTHIK:Happy Valentine's day Suman.
She smilek:Happy Valentine's day Danny.
He carried her in his arms.They looked at each other passionately,
