More legal trouble for Salman Khan and this time, Shah Rukh Khan's involved too!

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are in trouble now. Court accepts plea against Shah Rukh, Salman for wearing shoes.

A local court here today accepted a plea by Hindu Mahasabha against Bollywood superstars Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and a private TV channel for purportedly showing the actors inside a temple wearing shoes during a reality show. The court has fixed the date for hearing on January 18.

"A scene with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan inside a Kali temple on the sets of TV reality show 'Bigg Boss' was broadcast by Colors channel in December last year," Bharat Rajput, president of Hindu Mahasabha's Meerut unit said.

Rajput said that he had written a letter to the SSP and the District Magistrate of Meerut on December 23 and also sent an email to the channel over the issue. He alleged that no one should enter any religious places with their shoes and airing it on TV was insensitive as it hurt people's religious sentiment. Rajput said, when the channel didn't respond and the administration or the police didn't take steps over the issue, a petition was filed at the court of CJM Sanjay Kumar Singh against the channel, the programme's director and also Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.

Time seems to be unfavourable for actor Salman Khan andShah Rukh Khan. The duo that has managed to make headlines for some reason or the other, has once again landed in a legal mess.

According to reports,both of them along with a TV channel have been summoned by a local court, based on a plea by the Hindu Maha Sabha for showing the actors wearing shoes inside a temple on a reality show.

"A scene from Bigg Boss Season 9's episode was broadcast in December last year, where both the actors were seen wearing shoes inside Kali temple and that has landed them in trouble", informed Bharaj Rajput; president of Hindu Maha Sabha in Meerut. [sic]

Rajput was quoted saying, "I had written a letter to the SSP and the District Magistrate of Meerut on December 23 and also send an e-mail to the channel over the issue. No one should enter any place of religious significance with their shoes and airing it on TV was insensitive as it hurt people's religious sentiments," [sic]

"After receiving no response from the channel and the ignorance rendered by the administration and police, a petition was filed at the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sanjay Kumar Singh against the channel, the programme's director and also Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan", he added further. [sic]

The hearing for the case is set to be on 18th January.

Well, will the actors be relieved or have to face the heat ahead? All we can do is wait and watch.
