Kaaiii Pooo Chheee! Not the film, they are the three loud words uttered from many ecstatic people victorious after cutting off another rival's kite on the eve of Makasankranti. The kite-flying mega festival has its roots in Gujarat and is celebrated there on a humongous scale along with major celebrations throughout the country.
