kulsum, the relationship is dysfunctional, aliya never ever asked her brother how he was doing in his life, even when pragya was fake pregnant or when she thought he was the tanu k bacche k baap. We saw glimpses of worry but nothing substantial, for her ,he was the Jeanie who gave her everything she wished for and when he didn't, she turned into a homicidal maniac! 😆 .
I think he has been mentally distancing her since the wedding attack and as usual , has been in denial regarding her situation.

After exposing her in MMS he talks to her for a long time over why Purab is not hers.

I don't remember the episode/sequence, but there is one occasion where he says she needs to move on from Purab and they need to find a better guy for her.

During BB's roka, he talks to her about how he is proud of her.

During BB's wedding he is shown to do the same (before Aalu attacks her).

When Abhi has to leave MM due to TaBhi, he sort of apologizes to her.

And AaKhil thing too. He tries to make sure she has moved on!


He has been super pissed with Aalu after murder attempt (so glad he was though, eveyone else wanted to forgive her for this), but before he has tried several times. Aalu mentioned every occasion he slapped/insulter her. But after every occasion he has made peace with her in a way believing her.

So that's a lot of attempts from Abhi. Given Daadi or anyone else haven't done it once, from
KB standards it's lot.
PS: And he has hardly ever blamed her for the AbhiGya marriage, which was a result of her MU and he got caught in TaBhiGya issue lol.
