No offence. my pov. I think everyone should stop giving justifications for the side they support. Niti fans will think she is right in her place and Parth fans will think he did nothing wrong. We have been talking about the same thing for a week. Did any of u change your mind because someone wrote something justifying the side u are not on. Im sure most didnt. We should just let the matter go.

I think VG's plan backfired. That whatsapp controversy had no connection with the case...he started with that ...thinking the fans will get disgusted and leave him. B4 that whatsapp thing he had hinted on his twitter to fans that u all will agree with me. That didn't work... He got Niti into picture...that also didnt work...he thru Ekta...got that Parth is gay...and thought that surely fans will leave him now. But that too didnt work. Then he gave his overgramatic ivs...and then Parth's iv on tellychakkar came...he lost his cool and released the audio recording. Which according to me made him a laughing stock...coz he had created so much hype about the recording...that it lost its impact...This is just my opinion...

Love the character. Cause we guys know Manik inside out, cause we have lived with him, went through all the ups n downs with him.
But that's about it. None of us have any idea about what sort of a person PS is in real life.
He played a fictional character. This was not a reality show like Big Boss where you get to watch your favourites in real and daily basis.
Manik is not Parth. So people should remove the blind faith wala glasses and let the court take the judgment. And not pronounce any one guilty or innocent by their own.

1 - Yes from the look of it VG very much comes across as a fool to think that after the 7th Dec revelation all of Parth's fans would be on his side🥱 Very shallow thoughts he has regarding 'fans', of Parth or in general.

But that's it. He was mostly involved in his other show Fanaah. and KY2 had its own team that looked after the creative and technical aspects of the show.

7 - THIS PHONE CALL WAS AFTER HIS RETURN TO S2. The previous 2 times VG was very much involved in his quitting drama. And in S2, Parth was very much present till the last day of S2. But Utkarsh(quit), Abhishek(quit) and even Vibha had put down their papers😊 Parth's movie is not going on floors before Feb at least. Show could've got a better closure but the writers screwed it up big time(nothing new in that) and in my opinion, this court case was the reason why MTV decided to pull the plug on the show foreseeing the drama that was coming.

8 - Likewise, NT also in her note said that he matters nothing in her life, yet she made that note which screams vengeance. She should be indifferent to him no?

9 - 😆Fools are the ones who thought "I'm a virgin" to be his honest statement. No offense but as far as my memory goes, the question was 'At what age did you lose your virginity' to which PS after a brief thought replied "I'm a virgin" and the other guy Himanshu dittoed him. Now what were ppl expecting Parth to answer to this question?😕 It was a joke ppl!

Like seriously, u guys look really blinded by a person on screen character. Ull still bash evn whn PS has no ANS to anything. It's he who wants an out of court settlement n not VG. If VG was wrong he could hve just done it n moved on. Talking abt dues, if u r not paid file a case against d production house n not d person, with cases of molestation n all only to remove it later. N yes whtsapp contorversy has nothing to do with dis n was private, bit dear once leaked it doesn't remain private anymore. 2guys agreed to it than wht took PS so much time to agree (which finally he did). Since your post is long, I'm posting my responses after each one based on my understanding of this whole thing. I am no judge or lawyer, just a lay viewer with some reasonable common sense. Don't know the whole truth but can only guess from what VG has been posting on SNS in the last 3 months or so. Here is a sample:

Many argued that those posts only showed boys bonding but they did not seem so to me, especially if seen in conjuction with that tweet and those hashtags of 'photostory' and 'the truth'. It wasn't a secret that VG was upset with Parth for quitting PTKK season 5 midway and later not turning up for the photoshoot of his &TVshow. Parth tried to diffuse the situation by posting a picture of him and VG with the hashtag 'brothers, mentor, friends' but VG didn't seem satisfied going by his string of tweets since late November which suggested some grand expose of Parth on December 7th.

The first tweet I mentioned suggests that he was aware of the repercussions yet he chose a confrontationist path.

2) Its said VG is bent on spoiling PS career. So isn't VG s career at stake. Will anyone work with a molester or with a person who doesn't pay dues. So careers n reputation of both r at stake n not only of 1 person.

I don't think VG anticipated that Parth would slap a legal notice on him and that too with so many charges. The legal notice itself looks like a knee jerk reaction to all the cyber bullying Parth was subjected to. The notice has so many inaccurate facts and is so badly drafted that it looks like it has been put together in a hurry to pre-empt VG's threatened actions. If I were Parth I would get better lawyers to fight the case if it goes to the court.

3) Its said VG became a famous name only coz of PS. Honestly I nvr heard of PS bfr Yaariyan. Infact PS agrees that VG had given him a platform in form of Yaariyan. So if u r sen onscreen only thn u r famous n d people behind hve no contribution. If the creator is not there than wht wil d actors create.

Don't know who said that VG became famous because of PS. PS owes it to VG for his break in Yaariyan which had catapulted him to all the success. But then it has been a two way street since then because VG too benefitted from Parth's fame by getting him to anchor and promote his shows. The trps of the shows went up whenever Parth was in them. Not only that, VG himself has been given credit for being the creative head of KYY, long after he quit the channel. The concept was his but it is Richa's vision, the excellent writing and direction, together with Parth's and Niti's excellent portrayal of Manan on screen that made the show famous. Yet he did not shy away from taking credit for its success even after he left the show. In fact he was busy poaching on the cast and crew of the show for his own shows.

4) Many say VG did wrong by recording PS (true too some extent) but his can b given a preference since mny face threat calls n do record. Here many say he shouldn't hve leaked it.means somewhr they agree their hero has done something wrong. If not y question VG of leaking it?

It is very clear from the tape that VG had made the call to trap Parth. He seems to be leading Parth who unknowingly confided in him. From the opening remarks where he says that he called to ask him not to leave KYY, it appears that Parth had already discussed this issue with him and he was merely getting him to elaborate on them.

5) MaNY (including me) feel a gal shouldn't b involved in dis. True but I also feel if she wasn't mny wouldn't hve believed VG. Infact I think NT is so strong dat she decided to come out with dis (without taking names,of siding anyone) despite knowing d bashing she would face.Mayb she wanted d truth to b out coz no one can spoil anyone's career. Their deeds do.

Agree on your comment that one cannot spoil anyone's career but they can always try to sully their image, which VG was clearly doing here. When Parth used the derogatory term for his co-actor why did VG keep quiet? Should he not have stopped him from calling her that? I am not justifying Parth here, only trying to point out the hypocrisy here.

6) The audio was released coz people demanded it.n than it was doubted. If ul knew it was wrong y demand its realise. Many said PS was drunk or forced to say. Means ul agre he abused a gal n secondly how can u say he was drunk. PS didnt confirm. Infact he said her didnt abuse a gal but d fact was he did. HE LIED

Parth is no guardian of truth but then he didn't claim to be one either but VG has been repeatedly talking of 'truth' which is on his side versus lies spouted by Parth. Now here is a version of his truth from one of his interviews.

"He got a movie offer and wanted to quit Yaariaan. He pleaded me to take him out of Yaariaan as he had other dreams and also found Niti (Taylor) to be a chut@#$. I fought with BBC and MTV and got him out. Later when his movie did not shape up, he went back to the show without telling me. He made a fool out of me. I tried to confront him but he made me a target and moved on."


If he had wanted to quit KYY for a film, then why would he plead with VG to take him out of the show, considering that his contract was in any case only up to mid-August? The problem arose because he did not renew his contract and later refused to sign up for season 2.


Even if he did want to leave (or not rejoin) KYY, how come VG fought with MTV and BBC for freeing him? Who was he, anyway? He was neither holding any position with BBC or MTV, nor was Parth's agent. So in what capacity did he manage to free Parth?


More importantly, why would he be so keen to free Parth from KYY when the latter was keen to do a movie, particularly when Parth walked out his own show PTKK?

The biggest contraction comes in his statement about Parth using the C word for Niti. Now it is very clear in the audio tape he himself released that Parth used the word during the second season of the show out of frustration at being ignored and snubbed by her, and that too not in the context he was implying in the interview.


He claims that he was made a fool when Parth went back to KYY. Now why would he say that, unless he was referring to Parth not doing the &TV show after signing the contract with 4lions who were the producers? Maybe he lured Parth with a higher pay for that show, a claim he made in an earlier interview where he said that Parth chose to do the show because they were offering him more and he did not force Parth to leave the show.

All his ivs wre abt +ty, being straight, n concentrating on d film. Whr these things evn required. These weren't the issues. He has a good chance to put his justification since VG wasnt around but he kept shut n spoke only whn his sexual orientation questioned

Yes, Parth was being evasive in answering the questions. The reason is not far to find. He has taken a legal recourse. He cannot reveal too much without implicating himself also. He did mention that he wants to remain in this industry. If he washes all the dirty linen in public, he might as well be prepared to bid adieu to his film career. One can ask then why did he bring the charges in the first place. I think he only wanted to silence VG from continuing with his threats to expose him. It is evident that the guy wanted to maintain his clean, virginal image with the public. When things did not work out between them, VG used this weakness against him and tried to pull him down. Unfortunately for him, fans saw through his grander design and took Parth's side not because they think he is innocent but because they saw how he was being cornered from all sides as part of a vendetta.

7)PS said he was forced to leave Yariyan while d audio proved he again lied. Infact he didnt come to Yariyan coz of fans demand but coz he has no work on hand n once he got d film he left Yariyan again whivch resulted in the end on tbe whole series with incomplete story lines.

PS may have left for his own gains and also returned for his own gains. It was quite apparent that the guy has always looked out for his own self interest. He even kept saying that he will do whatever is good for him. The audio tape was about VG advising him not to leave KYY season 2. It does not prove or disprove VG's hand in Parth's earlies resignation dramas.

8) PS always claimed NT to b his working profesional so whtr NT was making faces or behaving as if he doesnt exit than y was he minding it.

He said Niti was professional in his interviews during season 1. The complaint he was making to VG was regarding season 2 after he returned. Having been pampered and spoilt in season 1, he was experiencing isolation by the PH, the crew and his leading lady for the first time. Hence the cribbing.

9)He also much later agred to b the part of that whtsapp grp in which females r cald with cheap words. So dat means he was talking abt having multiple partners n increasing nos in bed. But at d same time in Bad Company he claimed to be a virgin. So in any cases he lied to his fans.

You really believed what he said in Bad Company???? You must be really innocent or naive, if you did. When he gave this response, VG asked him, like Salman?' and he replied yes'. Now do you believe Salman is a virgin? Yes, he did not admit to the whatsapp group at first because he did not want to be seen as a promiscuous guy. As I said the guy is very conscious of maintaining a clean image. When his fans made it clear they will support him unconditionally, notwithstanding whether he was part of the group or not, he admitted to it.

10) lastly many think PS caling NT ch**** is something not bad, means ul agre he abused a gal. N honestly it is not bad but disgusting. U can use dis term on regular basis to ur frnd but not a working profesional. If u think im wrong go out in d worl,meet a person u know (not frnd) n cal him by dat name. Yes, he used derogatory term for his co-actor. So why was his mentor calmly listening to him instead of immediately correcting him then and there? He has not been disrespectful in public. He should have learnt to be polite in private too, especially when he has untrustworthy friends who may be recording everything he utters. Hope he learnt a good lesson in this but does that justify the ganging up against him by the entire T.V. industry? How many of them use chaste language both in their private and public life?

LASTLY TO END THIS THERE IS A GUY WHO IS GIVING VALID PROOFS BUT IS CONSIDERED WRONG N ON THE OTHER HAND THERE IS GUYS WHO JUST MAKES A STATEMENT N IS BELIEVED TRUE. WHAT A HYPOCRACY.

What are these valid proofs? An audio tape which only goes to show that he gave some half baked advices not to quit KYY season 2 but does not throw any light on season 1? Where is the proof that he did not harass Parth in any manner? If anything all the tweets point to the fact that he did. VG himself admitted that he did not pay Parth for PTKK because he left the show without notice. So he will not pay him for not only the season he ditched but also the previous season which he completed inspite of working for KYY and making guest appearances in WH at the same time? So was it fair to penalise the actor twice? VG may call this a battle of truth versus lies but I find both of them lying. To me it looks more like a battle of a vindictive and obsessive guy who is out to corner his object of obsession who dared to move out of his clutches.

The entire industry is full of hypocrites - VG and Parth will not be the last of them.

Yes u do have a rite to voice ur opinions n I respect them n to an extent them must b rite. It's a pure case of use,abuse n now accuse. It's not that I'm just siding with VG.coz I don't know him personally nor I'm accussing PS coz I don't him either. All that I'm saying is from the news,tweets n d facts I hve cum across.
