But really these CVs as well...what would Yuvraj really have to say about the case agaist Pankaj...infact all the witnesses apart from Gauri are kind of pointless because all they can say is Gauri came running downstairs crying and Pankaj came down after her...no one was upstairs so logically it is Gauri's word against Pankaj...unless some other evidence comes up.

I'm so wary of this track. I read WU and only then dared to see yesterday's episode. Surprised at how much better the court scenes have been handled, though I have doubts that an unsubstantiated claim of molestation can actually be taken to court. I also am not sure the so-called victim could have her own lawyer, because it is a public prosecution. But apart from that, it was fairly well done. However, no judge will deny time in a criminal case, because that is straightaway grounds for appeal. Open-and-shut case or not, every person is entitled to a defense. Law 101.

From Yuvraj's being so pro- Pankaj, it is obvious that there's going to be a major turnaround. Only hope that it makes sense and is not because of his falling for dadi's kaand. I was delighted when he walked out behind Suhani. At one time he would not have dared, even if he supportted her. Dreading his going against Pankaj, if that's what it comes to, and wondering what the fallout will be.

Chandresh Singh is such a good actor. You could feel his despair when he said that bit about his character already having being stained. Such a terrible thing to do to anyone.

Rajjo in cap sleeves, wow, what a relief! I hate those long sleeves on her. And after all the shawls and sweaters last year, like the way she's carrying her shawl this year.

I think Gauri is scared because she's lying.

AY, that's what I first thought too, when talk of that promo came up--what's Yuvraj supposed to testify to? But from yesterday's episode it appears he will be a witness to show Pankaj has less than upstanding aspects to his character. Not sure of relevance, but I think it's allowed. And if he testifies because he has no choice, then that promo is misleading and we can relax.

As for the basis of the case itself, agree--there's no proof beyond Gauri's word. No one saw Pankaj anywhere near her (though I think her lawyer said the witnesses saw him coming from her room, and no one objected). How can anyone even file a case leave alone have a hearing on such a flimsy basis?

If dadi poisons Yuvraj, that will be a pity. He may be manipulated by some stupid fabricated evidence, and while that will be annoying too, it will at least not make him a prize idiot who believes that woman after everything she's done (though he doesn't even know half of it). What I want to see is whether Yuvraj goes mad or does the testifying reluctantly. Haven't seen the promo, so can't judge if he's angry, threatening, reluctant, what?

Anita, there is a chance that the testimony Yuvraj will give shall be based not on any new evidence, but just to explain that blackmail thing...but no amount of justification can change the fact that Pankaj DID misuse his position and blackmail Yuvraj. That means that Yuvraj will testify against Pankaj in a way but sort of reluctantly

Well well now we have it...apparently he saw him OUTSIDE the room...my brain bleeds with this logic...they are trying though with this courtroom drama...it is not all sheit 😆😆😆
