Whom does the property belong to now?

If Aaliyah is gonna be proved to have forged the documents and she will be sent out to jail, whom does the property belong to?
Since Aalu forged Abhi's property as hers is the property his?
Or since those documents were misused they become invalid?

Or this is going to banter of Abhi accusing Pragya of making divorce documents into property ones and Pragya accusing Abhi of making yoga class admissions into property ones?

This is a difficult question to answer but going by the SBS and Pragya still being a mogambo I guess it's all Pragya's.

Whereas, Alia committed forgery...can be convicted in court of law...so most likely Pragya is still the rightful owner according to the law.

I think the property is in Abhi's name but he is not aware of it. So does Aliya, Even if Pragya could not prove Aliya on forging the signature through the group of lawyers and video evidence, she could have proved it by saying on what so ever date she signed the document, she was not the owner of the property, so Aliya had to be faking the documents or as her main intention was to show Aliya's truth to Abhi, that would have solved with Aliya's POA papers.
