Hello Friends!!! 🤗 New year, new thread, new people, new topics...let the discussions continue...GTC is all about films, music, politics, sports, quizzes, tv, plays, food and the list doesn't end! And though we juggle between different time zones, yet it feels everyone is together present at the same time...doesn't the below picture capture GTC's essence?

Great to see this 'independent' thread so active and popular!

The 'tumcha Amcha same asata' (TASA) serial is competing with MPS in incredulity/ gullibility.

In that, the hero Ishaan comes to meet his ailing mother in the disguise of a sardarji and neither his mom nor his dad can recognize him from his face/ voice/ mannerisms/ touch even from a distance of a few inches!

As to MPS, I have not seen a character look more obviously transgender than Vaibhav Mangle's! Even Sagar Karande would have been a better choice for that role!

Abhishek Deshmukh is the new hero debuting in 'pasant Ahe mulgI' that replaces HSMHG. He is the brother of Gayatri Deshmukh, who plays Gauri in TASA. Is this the first time that a brother-sister duo is acting in lead roles in 2 different serials at the same time?

SW: correction - i think heroine of TASA is Amruta Deshmukh. Probably it is the first instance of brother and sister serials at same time.

BTW change in TP's hair style in HSM...and her weight gain is giving idea to the viewers that she may be really pregnant in real life due to some understanding reached between the couple it is rumored.

Bold - I don't know why, but I felt his dialogue delivery (or accent) is similar to Sunil Barve's (I agree. it's too early to comment or compare)

Blue - Is she the same who was 'mother' of lead in kanyadan?(and was looking as if she is elder sister of her)

and as Mishkil said, if SW means 'Amruta Deshmukh (who was Sister of Abhiman in Asmita), then giving below a link of short film where Amruta has spoiled all good script/ dialogues by her her bad (ani kahiweLa ashudhaa?) 'dialogue delivery'

I stand corrected about the name of the TASA heroine - it's Amruta. Thanks Mishkil!

It is hard for me to imagine SK & TP going through a divorce when they are spending practically all their waking hours in each other's company (when not acting in their respective plays!) during shoots. It should give them enough time to figure out what went wrong so soon after marriage.

The earlier ground for divorce was rumoured to be TP's lack of respect for SK. Now the needle of suspicion has moved in the other direction and the rumour is the lack of faithfulness. I guess when the serial ends and they have a lot of time on their hands, they will realize their mistake(s) and hopefully patch up.
