Hey all
So I watched yesterday and today's epi together due to travel commitments. Enough has been said about the overmuch hugging and kissing yesterday so let me not go there!
Today, I loved the symbolism of the empty and somewhat damaged frame. Clearly a direct reference to the state of SwaSan's relation at present. They are shattered and their lives are empty without each other. A dark hour clearly. But of course the darkness is deepest before the dawn. Sanskaar made very clear what his view on their relation is through his reaction on that frame.
Kavita all to keen to throw the frame away and saying it is broken, we will get a new one is the allegory to their status. SwaSan relation is apparently broken and the upcoming engagement is a prima facie replacement of the broken marriage that can be overridden by a new one. But Sanskaar was not ready to even part with that damaged wooden frame as it signified the special place Swara still occupies in his heart and soul. Words he actually voiced too but alas only in his sub-conscious! But well, here we go, the frame was carefully put away. It will be repaired and not replaced, and that is exactly what we have coming for SwaSan too of course!
Now to something more lighthearted! I see that we work on a quota system in SR!!! Only one daily dose of sense and sometimes if we get two, we are truly blessed!! Today (and I am seriously stunned I am saying all this), Lakshya did us proud!! I know whats coming with RagYa and its going to be revenge drama again but seriously Lakshya spoke today how I would expect Sanskaar to!! Thank you Lakshya Ji- this time I am genuinely saying Ji fondly and gratefully for your attempt to make your currently confused and misguided brother (Swara Devi's influence caught on!) see how he needs to focus on what he wants - Swara- and not let his desire to do the right thing by Kavita not pressure him into a step he knows will not make him or even Kavita happy.
But of course Lakshya pretty much drained the show's sense quote dry. A tiny drop was left and Annapurna sucked that one up asap! But her's only needed a tiny drop as of course it was a usual Maheshwari half hearted attempt which always comes to nothing in Mental Mahal.
The rest of the time we had the usual- Ragini's delusional comments, Swara and Shomi's "mahaanta" with an undeserving Dadi and now the latest negative influence- Madam Masi- is this woman wanting to be Mrs Shekhar?! I strongly get that sense!!! Anyways, not the point of my post.
So there we go, my 2 cents worth!!
