We hav seen that from the clothes he wears, from the brands he chooses, from the things he says, it may be rite or wrong in people's eyes but that doesn't really matter to Ranveer

And I dont think Ranveer sees himself as a 'role model', so wen he says something like having sex at 12 he isn't expecting other 12 year olds to do the same thing

But I guess Ranveer needs to understand that people will judge him in this world even tho his intentions r not bad, so I hope he is a little mor careful in the future with wat he says

one thing i wud like to add is ranveer respects women a lot, he loves his mom and sis immensely, he has always been respectful to female fans and women in the industry and especially to his girlfriend deepika, so yes he may talk about sex but he has never abused or treated a women in a disrespectful manner

agree with everything here...from his clothes choices and his courage to not follow the norm. but clothes are harmless. no one got into trouble because of wearing outrageous clothes.

however, a say 12, 13 year old reading this interview might really think...oh wow..so maybe its ok to have sex now..ranveer singh did it. and look at him now. For one thing, shops arent allowed to sell condoms to children. so suppose a kid wants to get a condom but cant but chooses to have sex anyway because so and so did it. its like driving a car because technically the kid can but doesnt hv the license. but is it safe? is it safe for others out there? imagine a 12 year old or 10 year old looking up a 25 year old woman and thinking 'would she bang me, if i asked'..because the 'kid' has already started! what about the parent having to worry the boy will get a girl pregnant. that issue normally starts around 18,isnt it? having to worry when your child is 12?!!

i cringed when he proclaimed 'birthday sex is the best'. because everyone knows its deepika he is talking about and thats his private time with his woman. thats why human beings dont do it out in the open like animals.!

and that he respects his mom and sis is irrelevant because the most hardened criminals and mobsters love and respect their womenfolk. the guage is when you respect all women. and watching him pursue deepika at award functions was like ...ok..we get you like her but have some self respect. ranveer is a little extreme at times. makes one wonder what he will do if he gets rejected. its always more comfortable for everyone around if someone is somewhat balanced.

Sex acts are acceptable only between consenting adults of sound mind. Nothing else should be glorified.

I get that kids have sex. I do not fault kids for being curious. I do not think minors having sexual relations should be treated as a crime. However, when that happens minors do need help. Age of consent laws are in place because minors are not physiologically or psychologically ready for sex and its consequences.

I have no problems with people being sexually active and promiscuous. I have no problems with people being frank and open about their sexual exploits. In fact it is admirable when people are honest and open rather than make pretenses.

However, I do expect adults to know better than to glorify underage sex. There are somethings it is OK to be immature and childish about. This is definitely not one of them.

He isn't saying it's fun. He isn't promoting it. But he shouldn't have mentioned the age. That's way too early. And even if it's ok to have safe sex.. yet, no one goes n tells their kids that beta, it's ok to have sex now that you are 12. Being a public figure, there's certain responsibilities and I strictly condemn that your one sentence can impersonate young minds in wrong way.

Like baba for all his frankness and openness. But he still shouldn't have mentioned the age. 👎🏼
