Not many will know that Ranbir Kapoor's ( upcoming SAAWARIYA) first glimpse of the Hindi film industry was his grandfather, late Raj Kapoor's unfinished dream project (completed by Randhir Kapoor), HENNA (1991).

Ranbir recalls that he was taken to see the shooting of the film by his mother, Neetu Kapoor (Singh). He got confused seeing his father (Rishi Kapoor) do the same thing over and over again. He asked his mother about it and she explained to him that his father was an actor and was doing what is known as 'acting' and that is how it is done. Ranbir confesses that it was then and there that he decided to become an actor!

While on Ranbir Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan recently disclosed that he wanted to cast Ranbir Kapoor in his home production, the 2004 hit, MAIN HOON NA, but things did not work out.
