its like fed in the minds of people that if u want to be successful , ur skin must be "fair " .. and at some point we start believing it loosing our confidence ..

In my country, people are trying to get darker skin by lying under the sun, going to saunas or applying bronzing powders. So I can say that people want to be different than their real selves under the effect of TV commercials which cause the rapid changes in the perception of beautiy. So people just obey the mass media, producers, companies that earn money by making people think that they are ugly.

When I was shopping in a Nordic country, I realized that only dark hair color products were being sold. On the contrary, in my own country. people who have dark hairs want to be blonde. People just want to have the opposite of what they have. This creates dissatisfaction, displeasure.

Whom sould we blame in these kind of situations? Society, advertisements or our own selves... Having different skin colors, hairs, body shapes are parts of our cultural diversity which enriches our World.

However, unfortunately, discrimination will not fade away untill and unless we start loving our own selves and respect people from different races and cultures.
