Amidst reports that claim Kangana will be essentially playing lead alongside Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor in the Sanjay Dutt biopic, the actress decided to clarify her stand on the topic...

Will she or won't she? That's the question on everyone's minds after it was reported that Rajkumar Hirani is planning to get Kangana Ranaut to act alongside Deepika Padukone and play the leading ladies to Ranbir Kapoor in the biopic on Sanjay Dutt's life. All eyes were on Kangana who eventually decided to put an end to the rumour.

Titled Dutt, the film will mainly be an episodic view of Sanjay's life which will give an insight into his relationship with his family members, his filmy career, his multiple link-up and obviously the dreaded connection with the underworld.

Also, rumours fuelled after Kangana was spotted walking out of Rajkumar Hirani's house a few months backs. But that meeting was for a different reason. Kangana shot for an ad with Hirani a few days later and hence paid a visit to the director. Now that Kangana has clarified that she isn't a part of the Dutt biopic, we wonder who will eventually play Maanyata Dutt in the film.
