hipster?

Currently people call me a hipster. I've never regarded myself to be a hipster though. This set thinking"what exactly is being a hipster? What qualifies someone?

I started growing a beard pretty young, as soon as I was able to grow facial hair so I consider myself to be earlier than the current obsession with the cool beard. I'm not trying to say I was doing it before it was cool' but, well, I was. So maybe I am a god damn hipster.

I've always looked after myself and keep my beard looking cool using a good beard trimmer. I've always used all the great oils you can get from various different places like mankind. I've always prided myself on being well dressed and well groomed. I always wear a nice aftershave.

So I have to look at myself in the mirror and say, Like it or not, you're a hipster...". But what does it take to make a proper hipster? Just looks or does attitude play a part?
