Kishwer was most probably thinking that the same person could not be given the trophy twice... That's why when Mandana was going to give Nora the trophy second time, kishwer stopped her saying u can't give it to someone twice. Also again kishwer stopped rishab saying u can't give Prince the trophy twice... So maybe she was under the assumption that same person can't be given the trophy twice. So since kishwer already gave Prince once, next time she picked Keith since he had not gotten the trophy from anyone yet.
