I think DT and VD are not dating, but they are very close friends and in future DT may take this friendship to relationship level if everything goes well. It is her life, she can do whatever she want but instead of denying DT can remain silent in this issue, that will avoid future bashing if she decides to get committed.
She also can avoid giving interviews regarding her future man, because in one of her earlier interview, she told that she will marry someone who is higher than her both financially and professionally. Because no one knows their future, but fans who follow her will believe this and if she do anything contradictory to this, they may bash her in future. This is my POV.
