No second child these days for Bollywood actresses? - Page 2

Quite honestly its a personal preference. Some prefer no kids. Some prefer just 1. Others prefer more than 1. Some are only capable of handling 1, others can handle more than 1. Age is a huge issue. Giving birth to a child after a certain age can be very difficult. And most actresses have given birth after 30+. A lot of difficulties in pregnancy arrive after that age. And adoption is not everyone's cup of tea. Its a personal decision.

Most personal preference however, most of them get married late and therefore have kids late.

When Deeps gets married she'll break this rule as she wants lots of children 😆

Firstly, it is stars' personal matter and none of our business whether they have kids or not.

Secondly, having only one child is something wrong? Who says there have to be more kids?

Thirdly, it is not a trend in Bollywood. All actresses have more than one child. Shilpa probably did not have another because she has a son. And there is tendency among desi couples to not bother having another child if the first child is male.

Aishwarya might have her own reasons for not having a second child yet.

1 or 2 actresses do not reflect a trend.

These days couples are having fewer kids. Some also choose not to have any kids at all. To each his own.

Having fewer or no kids is not going to help an actress in Bollywood once she's past her sell date. You're past your prime then you're less preferred no matter how fit you look or how much time you can still devote to your projects.

So if the actresses have few or no kids then it's their personal reasons (choices, health etc) than Bollywood or career prospects.

I think its just the thinking.. And also some family planning.. And not to mention the overgrowing population of india.. One child is a better option .

Apart from Ash & Shilpa... I think other's have 2 kids .. Kajol, Karishma, Raveena, Sridevi, Madhuri, Juhi..
