Loopholes and more loopholes!!

What is so badaaa about this raaz that DP killed Kavita?😕 I thought Sanskaar always knew that DP was responsible for her death somehow which was why Sanskaar wanted to avenge her death before undergoing a change of heart. So why, now, suddenly does this stupid fact would bother DP or even Sanskaar so much?😕

In a major flashback during the delicious grey days of Sanskaar, it was clearly shown that Kavita was killed in broad daylight, not in some stupid barsaati raat😆 Also, Kavita died in his arms, which means Sanskaar had seen her dead body first, not DP😕 So now, if Kavita returns all of a sudden, that too ALIVE, shouldn't DP and Sanskaar FREAK OUT because they have literally seen a ghost?😲😆

So if Kavita was alive all this while, why didn't she contact Sanskaar even once?😕 (though I think I know the answer to this: Kavita might have been suffering some sort of amnesia😆)

Atariya Aunty always knew that Kavita was alive. THEN WHY DIDN'T SHE BLACKMAIL DP BEFORE? WHY NOW?😕

In the latest BTS video, we see Kavita addressing Atariya aunty as her mom. Wasn't Kavita a bengali?😕 Also, if Atariya aunty happens to be related to Kavita, how come Sanskaar never knew about her?😕

I had a lot more in mind but this is all I could compile as of now😆
