Sorry guys, I am appalled at how many (99%) of you support piracy. We are on the forums for a reason. We love Bollywood. Piracy is Bolly's worst enemy. If piracy was cut down, Bollywood would flourish even more.
Having said that, I wish movies would be available in places like iTunes in good time! PK is still not on iTunes, and many others, so the only way to watch them is pirated... but I refuse to do that.

I said it as a joke, no need to be serious about that.
Anyway I know piracy is not right but most of the people who watch pirated films are youngsters (students ) who don't have money all the time to watch movies, maybe government should do something about that, in netherlands police have kind of system they can see on their computer who watch illegally films and if they find out about you than you have to pay them around 1000 Euro so maybe Indian government should also follow that and something like Netflix can also help.

I do agree that it's wrong to watch piracy movies however I don't like going cinema anymore and plus I've been quite tight on spending now, why should I waste money to go cinema when I can watch it at home? That's how I watched BM, I have also downloaded torrent for Dilwale and that's how I downloaded Bajrangi and some of the new films after a few months just to get HD quality I know I'm sad but the thing is I use torrents because I personally think the DVD-Blu Ray prices are too high and not worth it anymore. I manage to download movies that are only 1-2GB saves so much space.

In India in many places movie tickets are ridiculously expensive. Around my home there are all multiplexx where tickets range from INR 300 to INR 1000 exluding the cost of snacks. Most people cannot afford the tickets all the time. So to keep up with others people watch pirated movies. If the tickets prices are brought down then piracy may decrease a bit.

It mostly depends on ticket prices. I live in hostel in NCR ticket prices were quite low around 100 or 150 so we manage to watch most of the movies in theater. I watched bajrangi twice 😃 it was only Rs.60 as it was tax free but dilwale and bajirao prices were high. I still watched it but when u knw mvi is bad thn why would u pay so much
