I am in dire need of positivity and the below is the result of my self motivating spiel. I hope it is read and responded to constructively:). To be clear, I'm far from delighted about the current track BUT we are where we are so in my purely personal opinion, I think it advisable for my sanity to make the best of a bad job!
My non exhaustive list of reasons I think we may still fare fine with the Kavita Returns (Mummy Returns music playing in the BG 😆, although mummy is AA and not Kavi, but go with the flow!):
1. As we know, the CVs are hell bent on NOT uniting SwaSan yet, and for some reason think that a separation is needed for a couple who weren't actually properly together yet! So therefore, they need to create a big melodrama from this too like they do with everything else. Cue to resurrect Kavita but at this present juncture for SwaSan, it's all the pits- on paper divorce (yeah i know it's not possible in real life but in SR world everything is!), Sanskaar angry with Swara, no clarity on whether he's pretending etc etc (too long a list of crap). So, Kavita may actually be the much needed excuse for them to deal with each other. They have to talk about this one way or the other or at least interact and if it's through an illogically revived dead ex, so be it;
2. Nothing will make Sanskaar focus on what he really wants, ie his Swara, than being faced with a do or die choice as such. Of course we will have to tolerate interaction between Sanskaar and Kavita in the initial stages, eg the perfectly natural reaction of hugging her when he finds her there assuming her dead in the most horrid fashion before, but overall, this will all highlight how much more he belongs with and wants to be with Swara;
3. There is hope with this track of getting some superb intense scenes and interactions. Gautam Hegde is a master at this. We had this in IPK too with the Lavanya angle (further below) and this is sort of building on the above point but this temporary and totally red herring triangle can lead to many angsty but yet passionate scenes between SwaSan which VaHe will nail for sure;
4. We don't know that Kavita is negative! I sort of sense she will be initially upset and may even try to win Sanskaar back as that would make sense for her from her perspective but she will see that SwaSan really belong with each other and I think she will gracefully back out. Heck I'll go even further- she may even play Cupid. Again Lavanya in IPK was used by the same creative team in this way and if anyone watched Geet, there was an angle with a character called Pari, where she match made and left!
5. On the above, all the news say Kavita is a CAMEO. I'm going to cling to this very intently. I think she is to have a short but meaningful role and whilst it might still drag too long for our liking, if they go down the route of showing her helping SwaSan eventually unite, we might thank her being there;
6. The IVs have given me intense hope. VK in particular said early on already that when a couple loves each other so much, distance only makes them stronger. Then in today's IVs and even the IV Nikita gave yesterday, everyone is talking about SwaSan still as a married couple. Sanskaar clearly in love with Swara, Nikita in particular keeps highlighting this. Therefore it's clear that this yet one more triangle rubbish is another attempt to create more drama but that's it. I know the actors don't dictate the track but their IVs can indicate often what direction they are told to act in and here it's clear that there's no doubt of Sanskaar not being madly in love with Swara so this intro of this character can only be to further develop/ highlight that;
7. On a lighthearted note, it will be super fun to watch two belles fighting over Sanskaar's! Lakshya Ji has had his share, why should Sanskaar be deprived?! We have all said we can't understand how more girls are not lattu over our hottie so here we go 😆
8. Some jealousy by Swara, whilst she's still pretending to be mahaan and not bothered will be fun if done properly?! I think we know Swara may even try to do the "I'll back off" angle and if so how awesome would it be if they showed Swara like how Sanskaar was with her and Lakshya?! Like all understanding and supportive but not demanding for her rights?!! Come on Swara needs to say something too about how she won't claim her haqq, how can she not use the word haqq?! 😆
9. The last time, the wedding was a real dudd. I so didn't want a remarriage track as those are too frustrating and always full of mindless crap, but I think this time they want to show big style obstacles and hungamas and then reunite SwaSan with a bang so that in case anyone was hard of hearing or somehow blind, they get the point- SwaSan are destined:). To get there will be pain unlimited, but get there we must, and
10. Finally, what choice do we have? I come full circle to my start. If we want SwaSan and I do, then we have to bear this totrture whether we like it or not. So either we are in for the ride or we jump out. I'm strapping myself in and will do what I can with the help of friends here to get through this too!
