The beginning was awkward...and tense! There was some kind of underlying tension there...and I think halfway through Akshay's story broke the ice haha.

This was a great interview! I think Akshay's addition made all the difference, since he has the perspective of being in the industry for multiple decades...which is something that Ranveer and Varun don't have. I felt that Akshay was guiding them as to how things are and are not done. I didn't feel like Anil contributed much to the discussion at all, barring the dropping of HW names 😆

It pissed me off..kind of..esp when they said what kind of films and filmmakers are they working with. Completely discredited the problem that exist in Bollywood. That's the only issue I found with this interview though. Am I the only one who finds it hard to understand what Akshay is saying. Especially when he is laughing and telling his story...or maybe it's because he's speaking in Hindi that I can't understand him. I don't know.

I didnt enjoy much to be very frank. this is worse than girls roundtable atleast in that they talked things of concern some very important topics and issues were raised even if solution not found but this was just fickle Anil's usual nonsense of HW.Akshay didnt add anything relevant in context of what can be done. Varun and Ranveer I think came just to joke around but the writer's thing Ranveer said was one good and important thing. Anushka is right on gender discrimination and how men are more scheming and insecured it was evident in how they all were not taking the disparity topic seriously its like they dont want to acknowledge. Why would Varun and Ranveer take this issue when they want to work with established top actresses but at the same time want to enjoy having them in movies paid less than them if they demand higher amount their movies get into risk in budget. Alia is paid less than Varun, Deepika, PC, Anushka are paid lesser than Ranveer this is what Anushka said give all actors and actress the money they deserve.Any one with brains going to say Khans can demand that sky high amount they justifying it with the opening they put but do the new boys like maha floppy Ranbir kapoor deserve 30 cr remuneration? For Bombay velvet he gets 30 crs and Anushka's 2 crs still not given by producers the movie didnt have a decent opening RK name dont bring people like Khans so for what this disparity in them?
