Always the same discussions about that someones fav brings the most starpower for the opening if the movie is a success otherwise there will be other reasons to justify some collections. In bollywood there are two worlds which are the reason for good collection at the BO on one side the Khans and the other side well made or market movies. Actors are not above the movie to make a bad movie a hit thats why even the Khans always take those holidays to release their movies to at least recover its cost. SRK knew in the worst case that he will definetely clash with SLB and I think that SRK only done Dilwale because Kajol said yes and took also a young gen actor to get people to watch the movie. Comeing to BM all of them take equally credit to the success of the Movie. Be it SLB, Ranveer, DP, PC and all those people who worked behind the camera. The trailer done the trick, SLB vision was presented well and the actors totally fit into the characters and everything looked grand also the Background music was really good. If only one thing was not right than it would have maybe flopped. To say so and so opening day was this good or that bad or it flopped to justify that some actors are better is totally stupid. If a movie is bad or not entertaining enough people will reject it no matter who is in it. The clash unfortunately showcased that Dilwale is not good enough compared to BM. And people were disappointed earlier with SRKs masala movies and this just gave the rest. Hopefully this wont backfire at him when he really comes with his content driven movies.

Dilwale is not great but not a bad movie either. Obviously it's thousand times better than that crappy new year 😆 Although I'm not a fan of numbers nor SLB movies, I'm happy for team BM. They really did well despite the big clash. Anyways I think both movies fared well at the end of the day
