Swara -Sanskaar : Married or Divorced?

Hey guys!

So I am a little confused. Are Swara and Sanskaar still married or divorced? Because DP took her signatures right, even if she did not know about it. But she signed on the papers so it means that she is divorced right?

Then why did the Sbb segment said that Kavita will realize sanskaar is married and they called Sanskaar, Swara's husband..?

I think it's not you, it's the cvs confused or rather deliberately hell bent on confusing us. I think (persona opinion), they're not officially divorced yet. Even despite the blooper of a third party submitting papers in proxy (not allowed), the divorce can't have come through so quick I think. Also I doubt if RS will show them divorced actually. I think they'll have to have Swara around and for that they'll need to show that she's officially married still. All this is my take on it and who knows, the cvs may be totally on a different path but it makes no sense to show they're in actual fact officially divorced as in on paper.

Shruti, you are quite right, even in case of a divorce by mutual consent, both parties have to appear before the judge, state that they agree for a divorce - after which there is a six month waiting period. A second appearance and confirmation is needed before the decree is awarded. I agree this is not generally known, but the CVs should get the basic facts correct. The law cannot and should not be misrepresented for sake of melodrama!

I hope they are shown not divorced yet. Come on logically they are not still divorced . Sign krane se koi divorced nahi hojata.

They are not divorced. Logic n all chodo since iss show ne bhi wo kabka chod diya hai, but swara still has her red n white bangles, mangalsutra (in some scenes after signing divorce papers) and sindoor on. So nope! Not divorced.

Sign hua hai...par officially not got divorced big process hai court say notices ana hai...they will call this ppl..they will give tym...Soo picture abhi baki hai..dekh na hai kya kya dekh no ko miltha hai him ko

Looking at it logically its not possible but in SR world anything is possible ! Swara is still wearing her sindoor and bangles so I assume they are not divorced but ragini ,durgapradsad said divorce ho chuka so even I am confused with regards to this !

Yes exactly. As a lawyer it's frustrating enough (and I don't practice in India but looked up the basic rules in India when I saw this rubbish track) but as a viewer even the expectation is that a creative team should put some effort into be remotely accurate!
