Best suited bollywood actors to play historical warriors ?

Other than Hritik, I seriously don't think there is any who fits into it. Though I am sure, his acting will butcher the role, no matter how good he looks.
Ranveer did his best in BM but to me he still looked more of a romantic hero than a warrior.
Who do you think can fit into these type of roles ?

Duggu and Veer have been the best.

Does dharam ji qualify? I liked him in dharam veer. Not exactly a warrior thoug

Has Akshay done any period movies??I think besides HR and Ranveer he can also do period movies.

Yes.
In my opinion him and Vinod Khanna were the best we had for these kind of roles.

I think if given a chance Ajay will be amazing as a warrior..

HR n Veer were the best among the ones who have attempted.

Oh and Randeep Hooda too... he is one versatile actor...(has that voice, personality ).. n he's quite hard working too.

Akshay's body though fit seems very lean to me yaar.
Not sure will be able to carry those arm-gaurds 😉
though he has the great deep voice.
