They dont "need" to kiss to get roles, but if an older/married actress is doign a role or scene that requires it - she should do it. Otherwise theyll go to a younger actress who is willing to do that.

If Aamir, Akshay, Amitabh, SRK can kiss on-scren despite being married then why cant Ash? I think even Kareena stopped kissing on screen right after her marriage with Saif?

Although I can understand why they dont want to kiss at the same time, from the "cinematic" viewpoint, they shouldnt be refusing such things. They need to be more open-minded and then perhaps more work could come there way!

Maybe doesn't want even tad bit of lingering taste of Salman's on Ranbir. Kiss FedEx-ing, ya know. Salman->Katrina->Ranbir->Aish. Can be brutal. Ouch.
