Aside from DP signing over the whole family business to ragini .. How is it possible didn't the other partners have any right ..
How much income tax was DP paying if he was the sole owner .. Now rags will have to pay so much income tax ..
I know this very clearly there is no way a couple can file for divorce if they both don't present themselves before the magistrate and swear we don't want to live together .. Then the magistrate gives them a six month period to try to reconcile ..
Then again make an appearance ..
My Friend And his Wife had a relatively peaceful divorce but still they had to go to courts 5-6 hearings .. During this period his company wanted to send him abroad for some project .. He refused because his divorce would have got stalled
So ragini giving Dhamki to swara that she has submitted their paper to court is just that bull shut
Unless she presented herself as swara in front of magistrate ..
It's not possible
If swara wept even 1/5 of what she has in the Mm house in front of the magistrate the judge will stall the divorce and ask them to reconsider
It's easier to get a forceful marriage
But not at all easy to get a divorce
Both the parties have to be very very willing and desperate for divorce no party should show regret or asking for a second chance ..

Frankly when they show such regressive and befuzool stuff they should be rapped by the censor board .. TV has to educate the public .. They should not show something which is not not legal in India lest public do these things wrongly

This show had shown so much crap,that now it doesn't even infuriate me,I just laugh it off. The way people kidnap,attempt to murder and then go scot free,because Swara madam or Shomi madam forgive the offender,I feel like the Indian government is paying salary to the police for nothing 😆

When Indian governments can't follow the law how can RS follow the law. Think about it... There's no logic at all
