After reading bits of Nia's chat transcript, all I gotta say is:

I think Ravi was spot on when he was asked to describe Nia in one word, and he said: transparency!
That is so true. Nia is transparent. What you see is what you get. She doesn't do fake and will say what she feels.
This quality is not understood by all. Some can misunderstand straight forwardness and not appreciate it. But I think it's a very rare trait nowadays, especially in celebs that are afraid of expressing themselves.
If I was Nia Sharma, this is what I would say to all:
