After me you feel hot and cold,

The spell made harry's nose feel hot then cold as it worked

i can quickly bring back the original mold.

It heals minor injuries

Mentioned someone but shown with another.

According to the book it was Tonks who performed it on Harry but the movie shows Luna doing so

one tried it on the talented who was offended by a brother.

Harry performed the charm on the chaser Demelza Robins who dodged bludgers well and Ron had Offended to verge of tears though i don't know why.

Answer : Episkey!!!!
