My mail to star India regarding current track and their reply

We really appreciate you writing to us and sharing your concerns.

While we understand that you are not happy with the recent story track/s of our show Yeh Hai mohabbatein, you would agree that every story goes through different phases and characters evolve during the life of the story.Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is also going through the same progression.

With regards to your concern raised about showing a track with spirits, we would like to inform you that as a responsible broadcaster, we are sensitive about our responsibilities towards our viewers and take due care that we do not promote superstition or any such ideas. The track was a mere ploy to bring out truth about Ashok and is well appreciated by our audiences. To answer your concern about portraying men not so strong in our content, we would like to state that we do not believe in stereotypes and our characters are designed as per storylines. And staying true to our core philosophy, women do take center stage in our stories.

please all this spirit nonsense in yhm at name of new thinking . because i don't think it is new thinking . For God sake it's 21st century . Please don't spread this kind of nonsense thing

sir from starting yhm is a different show but not now . because now this show is also become saath nibhaana saathiya and sasural simar ka types where female leads always have upper hand and male lead show as dumb

in begining raman kumaar bhalla character ws so powerful and he was so witty also . he cracked jokes he always stood by truth . he used his brain . he thought from his brain but now he has no work to do . he always cry cry and cry . For God sake he is male lead and if u can't give equal importance to both the leads then end the male lead character because we see this show to see a powerful male lead not a cry baby . Please sir we see this show for light hearted family scenes . we see this show to decrease our stress level but now this show become our big tention . Please notice one thing sir that now people don't do any protest for this show because they lost interest in the show . according to them there is nothing left in this show to see or protest . Social networking sites of this show is almost dead nowadays .

So please sir please do something . Please give us our old yhm and male lead back . please don't show female lead as some devi or super woman.
