Whats different abt DMG?

This is to add to Sareeta's post where she has appreciated the creative effort behind DMG.

Sareeta i wanted to reply to ur post but lost connection for some reason and so lost all that i had written and so decided to create a new post...

You said it Right!This serial is a welcome change from those over melodramatic camera zooming swaying every possible angle,cliched and forced romantic and totally illogical serials that the audience is subjected to on Indian tele these days!

After Kasam se which also started on a great note with a great story line and powerful and talented actors and creatives but lost its glory eventually and i guess inevitably;DMG also has made an impression and set itself apart from the rest of its likes.

The punch of this show is its humour.And that it takes equal importance as the cute romance.Good acting and script is what takes the cake.

The actors are really doing good work.Each has a style of their own and they are all good and good looking too😆.Though the hospital looks more like a hotel and one could only dream of such yummy looking and over friendly vibrant docs i guess thats where they gotta stick to "its TV after all".

The great comic timing and the light romantic angle and the serious cases do makes the half hour really enjoyble.Till date there is not one episode which has been boring.Thats what i like abt this serial.They are doing better with each new episode both the actors and the creatives.

Lets hope it stays that way!

The show is very fresh with enthusiastic actors and cheerful script. In order to keep it appealing to the sensible audience, which seems to be the target of DMG, I think the creatives need to keep in mind the backdrop...the hospital and issues these interns deal with on a daily basis is very imp in shaping their characters which we love so much. I absolutely love this show!! Esp b/c it's about real people..who have ambitions and are working and dealing with real issues..instead of saas-bahus who sit at home and do nothing but conspire.

#1 thing going for this show: It's now a K-show 😉 Kasam Se may have started off well, but given that it was attached to Ekta, was bound to go downhill one day.

This show is in a totally different league altogether! Shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as Kekta crap. I've watched shows produced by other people too, and even then NONE of them have had the power to hook me as completely as DMG has! As you said...there hasn't been a single episode so far that can be called bad...some may not be as perfect as we all want them to be 😉 😆 ...but they are all GOOD episodes regardless...there is always something nice about every episode 😃

I hope the creatives of this show never lose their way and go off on some weird tangent *touchwood* and continue to provide us with great entertainment like this for a long time 👏 👏
