Of course 2 yr old kids can identify people by their names! 😆 They start school at 2 1/2 ...if they cannot speak by age 2 or recognize people then its a matter of serious concern.

Little kids nowadays are much smarter than kids 20-30-40 yrs ago...they are the digital generation. They learn how to use laptops by age of 2...they play games on i-Pads.
