Looks like The resident bad girl has scared the living daylights out of Suri. His expressions were hilarious, and did you guys hear his scream while he was driving away? Poor guy's vocal chords were not working because that scream came out so weird that I could not stop laughing. Gurumaa is such a caricature, why is she there and why is she so over the top? I hope shesha kills her as well, because she is annoying.
yet again we saw a subtle clash of idealogies between Shesha and Shivanya. While Shesha wants to obliterate the entire raheja family, Shivanya believes in only killing those who are guilty. whether Shivanya realizes or not, she is slowly developing a soft corner for not only rithik, but also the raheja famly except for ankush of course. we also learned that, shivanya will lose her powers if she falls for a human. so, in the future will we see her powers waning? thus puting her at a disatvantage?
Thanks to Gurumaa's Ring, Shivanya could not harm Suri but these days, Ankush is looking like the biggest villain of them all. Since Suri is set to die soon, maybe the 5th culprit is the most dangerous? There has to be a catch somewhere.
Tanvi is absolutely disgusting. They should have phased her out but ekta will incorporate her usual narrative style, and a scorned ex is too good to resist. She will be omnipresent throughout the show and will get her much desired victory once shivanya is exposed but hopefully it will be temporary. If makers insist on shoving her down our throats then the least I can do is refuse to acknowledge her presence. Therefore, I won't waste time on her in my posts.
Rithik and Shivanya are one of the most beautiful couples to have graced the small screen in a long time. Very few couples have touched me as much as they did in such a short period of time, all thanks to Arjun and Mouni. Their chemistry is ALIVE in every scene, and they are just so natural and endearing. Rithik's expressions are adorable and his smile is enough to charm anyone. With him around, we see a different side to Shivanya--It is a more childlike and normal side, one that is not weighed down by the burden of revenge.He is just so lovestruck that I feel bad about whatever is coming his way, Shivanya made a huge mistake by playing with his life and emotions in order to further her own agenda.
I loved how rithik used reverse psychology to get shivanya to dance, and she thought that he was making fun of her. Not to be deterred, she showed that she too can be sexy. Really liked the song selection and it was obvious that mouni came up with the steps on the spot, but still I liked it more than the mandir dance and Rivanya's dance. Next came my favourite part, Rithik adjusting her saree pallu then of course the beautiful song in the background. Surprised but happy that they did not use O re piya, I love that song too but "agar tum saath ho" made the scene strangely emotional. Maybe for rithik, they will use "o re piya" and "agar tum saath ho" for shivanya from now on. Anyways, it was a beautifully executed scene, thanks for the early birthday present CV's.
Additional comment.
According to mouni, there may be a second season of Naagin thanks to the exceptionally high ratings. I don't know how I feel about this, because balaji shows have a very short shelf life in terms of quality . I'm a firm believer that a show should end while the audience is still craving more and mini series' have its own special charm. If there is a second season, then they will end this season with Rivanya separation and show rithik and tanvi together in the next season. After all, it is balaji and this is the most common way of adding masala. My wish is that they extend this show by maybe 10-12 episodes then end it. No second season.
