who is Shesa and why she is so furious?

Thank you all wonderful people for putting your thoughts on my doubts. now I am making a list of possible motives of Shesha hating Ritik most:

1. She had the connection with him in past. Ritik showing in King's attire in the portrait and having dreams of nagin signifies a connection with Shesha from his past life.

2. Shesha might be in love with Ritik in past life and he rejected her knowing the fact that she is a cruel nagin.

3. Shesha had a naag boyfriend and who was as cruel as her and was killed by Ritik in past life. and now she wants revenge.

4. She wants a naag mani and wants to become most powerful nagin and thats why she is helping shivanaya is not much convincing because more than naag mani she is interested about killing Ritik. in all the episodes she reminds Shivanya about that.

Anything else in your mind?

That will show us soon. May be she is the lead enemy of Shivanya, that's why everything is still hidden about her, at first it will show us that she is best friend of Shivanya and later she will be revealed that what what kind of friend she is. she is just is showing Shivanya that how much she loves shivanya as her friend, according her face expression and her wrong activity with innocent people she cant be any good or main character. May be she is the lead villain thats why her character is of a bad naagin. There is always something wrong behind too much good friend.
