Ok, am on leave today and hence the deluge of posts!😆 Have decided to make the most of my time, the Newbie cap on posts notwithstanding!😃
We are at a critical juncture of the ViDha journey; hence, thought it important to express my views on the way forward...
So, have some pertinent questions as a loyal IKRS viewer and staunch ViDha supporter😳
1. The ViDha love story:
Is obviously the crux - IKRS is based on this! Viplav has realized his feelings; the next piece is going to be crucial. There is a lot that Viplav and Dhani have to discover about each other...
- How will the stoic Dhani overcome her innate monsters (read: scarred memories of her first marriage) to realize and accept her feelings for Viplav?
- How will Viplav assist her in doing so? It has be gradual in the natural scheme of things...
- The cuteness, mischief, innocence and purity of ViDha's equation is the basis to their relationship. How will this foundation become stronger?
- ViDha will obviously not have it easy...what is it in their bond that will make it so strong that the obstacles will pale in comparison?
2. Beyond, love...what?
- How will Viplav and Dhani enrich each other's lives? Am glad that Viplav's character in the start itself has been established as an intelligent and educated young man & Dhani displaying a maturity way beyond her years. Would like to see how this translates into their relationship...
- Love brings with it immense accountability. Would like to see Viplav realizing his responsibilities soon...towards himself and towards Dhani. What an amazingly capable & charming lawyer Viplav Tripathi will make! Want Dhani to prod him towards this eventuality!😃
- Am so looking forward to Dhani's education...the girl has so much self-respect...want Viplav to empower Dhani to become a role model for all women who don't necessarily have it easy in life!
- This shouldn't be difficult considering what a secure individual Viplav is...he will only bask in all of Dhani's glory!😊
3. The Antagonists
They are a given - IKRS has set out to explore "Pratha v/s Pyar". Would like them to turn out more imaginatively than the done to death planning, plotting and misunderstanding crap! There is a lot that can be explored...
- Can the antagonistic forces be more creative in their approach?
- The sacrilege of the scion of a mahapujari breaking the taboo of widow remarriage!
- Can the scumbag DT be exposed with Viplav standing up against his own grandfather's misdeeds?
- Will Viplav be able to empower his grandmother and father to be able to resist the misdoings of DT and KT?
Phew! So many questions racing through my mind...hope I've managed to articulate them effectively...
Maybe, I am being very greedy and expecting a lot...but my expectations are not without reason...
I have gotten on to the IKRS journey rather late...am catching up on the initial episodes only now...
But if the backdrop, the characterizations...simplistically put, the newness in the plot of IKRS, as this drama was being established and rolled out for viewers, is anything to go by...these aspirations being realized, does seem to be a plausible reality!😊
These are my thoughts, friends...would love to know everybody else's too...
