Harman Baweja had severe skin problems for eight years before he made his debut in Love Story 2050. He now sports perfect skin after undergoing a 45-day-long treatment

Harman Baweja went through a 45-day skin, hair and eye-treatment before facing the camera for his debut film, Love Story 2050.

An insider revealed, "Harman Baweja had acne and blemishes all over his face. He had tried very hard to find a permanent cure for his skin problems."

The source revealed that besides skin problem, Harman had a receding hairline and was also allergic to dust. The allergy had caused sinus that resulted in puffiness under his eyes.

Our source said, "It was during the screen test that Harman realised his shortcomings and decided to do seriously do something about it. Harman was highly insecure about the way he looked on screen and wanted a quick solution."

The aspiring actor knocked the door of several prominent skin specialists they but failed to give him the desired results. Our source added, "Harman had visited several well-known doctors in those eight years but nothing came out of it."

Baweja then happened to be introduced to Dr. Sameer Mansoori through a common friend. "When Harman learnt that Mansoori has a PhD in Science of Ayurveda and Alternate Medicine from University of Colombo, he immediately consulted him about his skin and hair problem. He also wanted a cure for his allergy," said our source.

Mansoori first prescribed medicines that purified his blood. The ayurvedic doctor and the actor had several sittings where herbal paste was used over his face. "The treatment lasted for 45 days. But what made Harman smile was that the treatment had begun showing effect in the first seven days itself. Also, the puffiness under his eyes disappeared completely."

When contacted, Dr. Sameer Mansoori confirmed that Harman had approached him for his skin, hair and eye treatment. He said, "Yes it is true that Harman Baweja has been my patient for his skin, hair and allergy problem. Our ayurvedic medicines and cosmetics worked on him successfully. But as a doctor I have maintain my patient's privacy so I don't want comment on anything."
