Hi everyone. It's me Vidya aka Thor. 😛 So I like most people here got extremely excited when I saw the new promo and I wanted to write a little story on it. I know this is a risk so if ADMIN thinks it is out of line then they have all right to close the thread and I will delete that story. 😊 I hope it isn't bad. It's just something that came to me.
This is a melody in everything around us. The golden rays of morning light which touches our skin sings of a new day, the song of the love birds greeting each other with affection speaks of a melody of a union of hearts, the sway of the trees, the whisper of the wind... It's all a song. It's the song of life, of harmony, of nature co-existing as one in the circle of life bounded by the thread of peace and love.
Her footsteps fell lightly on the soft green grass, the cool blades of the cushion of the earth comforting the soft soles of her feet as she threaded the path in the beautiful forest, a serene smile playing on her lips at the melody of Mother Nature which touched her ears. Mother Earth always felt like an irreplaceable part of her heart and soul and her happiness was only enhanced with radiant joy upon seeing and hearing the life of the creatures around her.
For the creatures in the forest, the presence of the young woman was akin to the presence of a divine being. Her elegant gait and beauty exuded harmony and peace and they considered themselves to be fortunate if her enchanting gaze fell upon them. Her captivating smile seemingly rejuvenated their very lives and so when they saw her, they raised their voices in greetings and salutations to one whom they sensed was pure of heart and soul.
Sita's every being relished in the melody of nature's song while she continued to walk in the forest but then...in a heartbeat... in a draw of breath.. something happened. There was a disturbance in the melody, an interruption of the song that caused a shadow of dread to cloak her heart and she whirled around, the smile dimming from her beautiful face at the threat her soul sensed. Even the nature's creatures descended into silence as if to convey their fear that their friend was in danger.
In a matter of seconds, she heard something slicing through the air to her direction, her eyes meeting the tip of the arrow which was flying towards her defenseless form, thirsty for death. Her heart skipped a beat but the beat that was lost joined the voice of a horse and for a split second, all that greeted her vision was a strong arm plucking the weapon from midair. A shuddering breath left her before her anxious eyes met her saviour.
Amidst the horror and panic that gripped her heart, the pair of eyes that momentarily met hers spoke of tranquility, peace and protection. A moment spoke of a multitude of emotions as his eyes softened ever so slightly, extinguishing the fear and panic which overcame her. Their gazes lingered on each other for it was more than a connection of eyes, it was a connection of souls bound together by the holy thread of fate and destiny. She did not know this valiant man who was riding atop the stunning white stallion but her lips curled up in a smile, her heart and soul recognizing his presence long before her mind ever could.
The melody of the nature was now dominated by the sound of hooves pounding the ground. Ram's heart was thundering ferociously against his chest as he gripped the weapon, his hold tightening on the reins of his horse. Yet the ferocity of his heartbeats were struck with serenity when his eyes met those of the beautiful maiden clothed in the purity of white garments which seemingly reflected the purity of her every being. In that one moment, he stared at her with a hint of awe, captivated and completely spellbound by her beauty and the tranquility which her presence stirred in his soul. The smile which did not reach his lips, touched his eyes and he averted his gaze and plunged the weapon into the earth, his eyes hardening at the daunting entity that was before him.
With skillful precision, he dodged the arrows aimed at his strong form as he removed his own arrow and strung his bow, his body leaping of the horse as he aimed the arrow at the dark entity which had disrupted the peace and melody of nature and the joy in the beautiful maiden's eyes.

Sita sat up on the bed, her hand clutching her chest as she heaved a deep breath, her heartbeats racing in anxiety. Momentarily disoriented, she glanced around the luxurious chamber before she bowed her head, a heavy sigh leaving her. It was only a dream...
Even as the thought swirled around her mind, she found that the events of the dream was dimming rapidly from her memory. What happened in the dream to cause my heart to race? She wondered with curiousity. Snippets of the dream flashed across her mind, the lush green grass of the forest floor, the melodies of the birds... But what happened after?
The more her thoughts deliberated on the dream, the faster it seemed to vanish from her mind except for one thing. A pair of eyes... a pair of eyes which were as calm and intense as the sea...
The melodies of the birds greeted her ears and she glanced at the window, the small smile tugging at the corners of her lips.
The person in the dream saved the melody of Mother nature.
The person in the dream continued the song of life that was playing in her soul...
Who was this person?
