Katrina Kaif, who has always been guarded about her privacy and her life in general finally seems to have shed light on things that we've been curious about forquite some time. Looks like Kat decided to spill the beans so that all the rumours are put at bay! Well, brace yourselves because the reserved and otherwise quiet Katrina has finally decided to open up on a lot of things revolving around her. So for all people who don't remember about the Salman incident, allow me to remind you.

This incident took place on the sets of Comedy Nights With Kapil, a television show. The actor had come to promote his film, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and since it was during Diwali, the set was decorated in the same festive way. The Dabanng actor came across fire crackers which had the picture of Katrina Kaif on it, to which Salman addressing Kapil Sharma, jested that "What purpose does it serve to have her picture around? She is of no use to you." It could have ended at that but an afterthought perhaps made him add, "She was of no use to me also."

Well, this obviously wasn't taken well and the actress finally reacted to the statement! She was quoted saying, "The base of my relationship with Salman was correct, it was true. Which is why we are still able to be friends. But he lives in a parallel universe, always making these jokes about me publicly, which get the media really kicked. Like the comment he made on Kapil's show when he saw my pictures on a set of crackers. She is of no use to me'! I called him and yelled at him. I can do that, it is the sort of equation we have. He said, Okay sorry I will apologize to the media'. I told him to do no such thing and maintain a dignified silence if that is possible." Wow! So Salman and Kat are still friends? That's something new!
