English and Hindi

I am very fond of Sharat Chandra's Parineeta and Amruta Preetam's Sagar aur Sipiyan..

English as I understand other languages but can't read them other than french/german to some extent 😉

Mostly i read in russian and in english and I also can read in hindi,urdu.Sometimes iv tried myself in french and german too. 👏

Usually I read English and Malayalam, I can read Hindi also but can not speak fluently, understand Tamil but can not read.Read most of the Bengali classics, but translated.

Nice topic di.

I read Bengali books (Bangladeshi or Calcuttan ) most of the times. I read English too but the bond I have with my language is quite special.

English. I really want to read Urdu ones, but I got the habit of reading after I moved to the US and I can't get access to any books in Urdu here
