I completely agree with you . He is the smartest . He did all the luxuary budget tasks well except the highway task in which he was little mild after WKW guidance . Car task - immunity and people did it for selfish reasons , same with rope task - money was lost due to suyash , diggy , prince and he knows correctly that X2 would be in somebody's sack who quits task easily , so let go of the rope as you said . He knows which task to do and which to leave .

Rishabh is anything but dumb.
I found he does task very calculatively. He knows where to apply strength n where not. Like in tiles breaking task he knew its possible to break all together or none at all. I think he very knowingly let go of the rope when priya was clearly watching, he somewhere knew it was not possible to complete. But again whatever he did he let it pass away with his cuteness letting Salman n others have fun on purpose. One smart kid he is ⭐️
