MUMBAI: Star One has announced the launch of the second season of horror show Shh…Phir Koi Hai which is slated to kick off on 3 November 10 pm. The show air every Friday and what's interesting is that every show will have a different story.
From production perspective Contiloe Films Abhimanyu Singh said, "The series would have a mix of conventional horror, concept based horror and backdrop horrors thus giving variety and avoiding any fatigue. This one-hour weekly will be a start to finish story with a twist in the tale at the end. MUMBAI: Shhh...Phir Koi Hai, the one-hour premiere episode, which aired on Friday 3 November 2006 burst through the TRP scales delivering a rating of 2.68 on CS4+. MUMBAI: Senapati Durjan Singh (Praveen) was killed by Raja Shiv Pratap Singh as the consequence of his evil deeds and greed. Raja beheads the Senapati and his body falls in the Bawadi. Since then the curse of Senapati comes in picture and whenever the royal blood is mixed with the bawadi water the evil spirit of Senapati comes to life and kills the members of the royal family… The main story starts with the arrival of Rajkumar Aaditya Singh (Ali Merchant) & Sushant Singh (Sameer Sharma) with their friends. Aditya along with others have come for his Raj Tilak ceremony, Sushant is the step brother of Aditya and is very envious of him as he is getting the property and kingdom of Sarangarh. Hanumant Singh (Vinod Singh) is the old loyal servant of the family tells them about the curse of Senapati and Sushant Singh takes it as an opportunity to Aaditya with the help of Senapati' ghost. He then goes to the bawadi and drops few drops of his blood in the water. The ghost comes alive and the series of killings begin. The climax reveals how Aditya manages to control the spirit! The episode is shot in authentic Rajasthan locales giving the hint of the royal era... |
