Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon-A Manan OS!
Hey everyone, how are you all? I know I know, baar baar bolti hun meri exams hai and that I wont be able to update my FF, but aa jati hun OS leke. But kya karu, Manan mere dimaag mein se niukalte hi nahi! Okay, so this song has been playing in my mind from a the time it has realeased, and yes I LOVE this song. So maine socha ki, kyu na is gaane ko leke ek OS likhe. And this will be my last write up, till I finish my exams. I will be writing lots of more OS's and will update my FF to, after my exams finish. She was standing there, talking with her friends. Everyone was hugging, and talking and telling each other to be in contact. Yes it was the last day of college. There was a party organized for the students who were going to be graduated this year. Just finished with exams, some were going to work and face the world, some planning to study further. She was standing there, bidding a bye to everyone, her classmates, her best friends, and her...
With small, tears in her eyes, she said, "I'll miss you guys, so much". "do you really have to go, I mean please just.." said a tearful mukti. "I have to, I have to study further right, i have to go to London, for my post graduation" she said. "but we will start our careers here in Mumbai, and we wont be able to meet you, we all will miss you so much nandini" said dhruv, with sad eyes. "I know you guys are going to rock it, all the concerts, but I have to fulfill this dream of mine right, I have to study further. Be a scientist., right?" nandini said, trying to make him and all her friends understand. But how would she make her heart understand? She didn't know. "but..." alia started. But was cut short by cabir "come on guys, we should be happy for her, she got accepted in the best college in the country, be happy" he has with his voice a little choked. "aw, that's like my cabir, thank you my cabiraaa" she said, putting up a brave face. Only she knew how much she was going to miss them. When she first joined SPACE, she hated fab 5, and they hated her back. But over the time, she had came to know why they were like that. She came to understand that, they were just lonely souls, who wanted nothing but love which they never had received. After a lot of fights, and drama they became friends, her best friends. They knew she was the one who could light up all of their worlds with her positivity. And that's how they became thick friends. "wont you say something navya?" she asked. She knew navya was really sad, with her going away, she was her first friend in SPACE. "kya bolu nandini, hum tumhare liye bahot khush hai par, hum tumhe bahot miss karengey" saying this she couldn't control her tears, she went and hugged nandini. She hugged her back with tears in her eyes, "I'll miss you too navya, so much". Letting her go, she stood beside her.
"What about manik" asked alia. "what about me?" he asked, walking towards them right on cue. He came with a smile on his face, everyone looked at him and smiled. He came towards nandini, slid his hand on her waist, and kissed her forehead lightly and smiled. She smiled back, but she knew how hard it was for him, to think about them staying away from her. She knew he was just putting up a brave face and a smile to cover up the pain he was feeling to send her away. "how will you guys stay away from each other? She's going manik. How will.." started mukti but was cut short by manik. "so what, she needs to fulfil her dreams, be something, even I need to settle, yes we are famous, and the best ofcourse but we still need to work hard, WORK, settle down, don't we?" he said. "we know manik, but its about your relationship, long distance relationship, how will you guys be okay?" navya said. Manik raised an eyebrow, "we both know you cant stay away from each other when you are here, like look right now too, your holding her hand, not leaving, actually you never leave her hand" said cabir teasing him and trying to make things lighter. "why should i?" he said kissing her hand and she just blushed. "no, but on a serious note, how are you guys planning to make it work, huh? I've seen it, long distance relationships don't work" said alia. And nandini's face fell. And everyone looked at alia giving her a look. "oh, no I didn't mean..." started alia. But before she could continue it, "i..i'll just be back..." Said nandini, she started to walk away.
This was it, this was what she was worried about. She loved him so much, and she knew he was crazy about her equally but how were they goinh to stay away. How were they going to make it work? She was scared that what if, they couldn't find to talk to him. What if they fall out of love, she knew that was not possible but all these things were really, building up in her. She was scared to stay away from him, she knew that she wont be able to live without him. How will she manage without him. And moreover, she was worried about him, that how will HE manage without her. She knew how much he needed her, she was only one who could calm him down right? She was the only one, who could make him think straight. She is the one who he could not live without. And talking about her, how will she live without him? He was the person she was most dependant on. She was scared at the intensity of their love, she knew how much they will miss each other and that they'll be miserable without each other. They loved each other so much... And lets be honest, the need to feel, touch,kiss and hug your loved one is really necessary. You need to touch, kiss, hug your beloved. How much she will miss his warm embrace, his soft kisses she didn't knew. But she knew she had to go, fulfil her dream be independent. And let him be something too.

She was almost at the door, when she heard his voice, she closed her eyes and let the tears flow to her cheeks, and turned around to find him, staring at her and singing for her. With a guitar in his hands with a smile on his face and a small tear in his eyes... as he continued and walked towards her... singing looking directly into her eyes...

With a jerk he pulled her closer to her, and she landed on his chest, and looked into her eyes. He slowly planted a kiss on her forehead and she blushed. She pushed him away, shying away as there were so many people around them and looked away from him and blushed...
He smiled, and went near her, standing exactly behind her, we leaned closer toher and sang in her blowed in her ear, to which she felt tickleish and elbowed him and moved ahead blushing. But before she could really move away he held her hand, and pulled her towards her due to which her back landed on his chest and he sang into her ear...

She turned around, keeping her hands on his chest, she smiled at him, forgetting that everone was watching. She was to lost into his deep eyes. She hid himself into his chest, not wanting him to see the tears in her eyes, the longing in her eyes. He put his arms around her shoulder and and took her into a tight hug and nuzzeled in her hair, not thinking about the people watching them, they just wanted this moment to never end. Their friends watched them with small tears in their eyes. They knew how hard it was for their friends. They knew how much they loved each other.

He sang as he hugged her even tight. As the song finished, he broke the hug and held her hands. Everyone broke into a round of applause. She couldn't take it anymore. She couldn't hold back her tears and went out of the hall. "nandini..." cabir shouted, trying to stop her. But "I'll go, don't worry" said manik. And he gestured his friends that he will take care of her.
She stood there, in the garden of the college. Her face in her hands, and crying. Thinking back,When she had got that admission letter of her college she was really happy. She was really happy, she still is happy. But she didn't like this idea of staying away from manik for 3 years. Its not that they wont meet these 3 whole years, they would of course, she could fly down here sometime or he could come to London, but that was not possible frequently,right? They had to establish themselves, they needed to work hard, and give time to their careers. She didn't know how she would live without maink.
Manik came into the garden, looking for her. He smiled, looking at her. He stood exactly infront of her, and made her face him. She looked into his eyes, with tears, and hugged him tightly. And she whispered "I'll miss you, manik". A lone tear escaped from his eyes, he was trying to stronge, for her, for them. He knew that if he was not strong, and broke down infront of her she would cancle her plan to go, build her career. But this was really too much for him. He hugged her even tighter, burying his face in her hair. After what it felt like eternity, they broke the hug, and "manik, i..i.. I don't know hum alag kaise rahengey.. i.." she started. "shhh" he shushed her and continued, "nandini, we have to right, hume kuch banna hai, settle hona hai, we have to become something we are proud of, isliye we will have to do this right. And mere liye bhi toh yeh easy nahi hai na," "isisliye manik, I am more worried about you, tum kaise rahogey mere bina?" she stated with teary eyed. "hm, aap apne aapko kuch zyada hi importance nahi de rahi haim main aapko miss nahi karne wala" he said with a smirk. She pouted angrily, he slowly kissed her pout away. He held her hand, took a step back and went down on one knee, and took out a ring box from his pocket. He opened it, and it was a beautiful diamond ring, holding it he said, "So Miss Nandini Murthy, aajese 3 saal baad, jab hum kuch ban jayengey, settle honge humari lives mein, tab will you do the honor of marrying me and making me the happiest and the luckiest guy in this wide world? Please? I love You" he asked, pouring all the love, he had for her in those words. Nandini just stood there, not believing her eyes. At a moment, she too went down on her both knees, to his level and hugged him tight, whispering a "yes" in his ear. He smiled a big smile, and broke the hug, and slide the ring on her finger. While she adored the ring, he wiped the tear that had just rolled down her cheeks and planted a feather kiss in her hair.
She now was sitting on manik's lap, under a tree in the garden itself, they were watching his favorite starts. Manik held her hand, and was playing with her ring. She had closed her eyes and rested her back on manik's chest. And said " ab how will I go, you just proposed, how will be stay away?" she asked with a pout innocently. "nandini, don't let this make you weak, let it be your strength, whenever you miss me, look at the ring and feel me close to you, don't let it weaken you okay?" he said making her understand. "yes manik, it will just mak me stronger, but what aliya said about long distance relationships.." but she was cut short by manik. "nandini, It works, if you want it to work, okay, and we will make it work. Simple as that!" he said with determination. "yes, manik we will make it work" she said, making a resolution.
They sat there for god knows how much time, they talked about how they will call each other everyday. How they will always be in touch, constantly through Whatsapp, how they will skype everynight. They further discussed about how and when could they fly down to meet each other. Staring into the black starry sky, they made a promise to each other to always be together, no matter the distance. As its always said, DISTANCE MAKES THE HEART GROW FONDER. And as manik said, "it Works if you want it to work"
