We want PK,Bajrangi Bhaijaan from them NOT PRDP ,Dhoom 3,HNY

What's surprising is that good roles/ age appropriate characters dont seem to be offered to them that often.

It took years for Salman to deliver a content rich cinema like BB, Srk did a lot of poor movies in the past few years, only now is he doing roles like raees and fan. Aamir has been somewhat consistent with his choices, but I wouldnt call roles like those in D3, pk, ad 3 idiots age appropriate.

It can only be hoped that good directors keep on writing good roles for them. I think all three Khans can maintain their star status despite not doing conventional romantic leads, and venturing more into performance-driven mature roles. Their upcoming films (sultan/dangal/raees) already kind of indicate the start of a new phase in their professional careers.

Aamir is completely different .Since Lagaan he has 2-3 bad movies only , rest all good
Salman is busy helping his undeserving friends.
SRK is the biggest disappointment . He has earned enough fame and can easily do good movies now

Have been watching the Khans since. Aamir's QSQT and Salman's MPK. SRK didn't have a big hit when he started. He struggled his way to the top. I never imagined in my wildest that these Khans would ever achieve this kind of success. Almost feel I have witnessed their careers happen right in front of me. Specially SRK who moved from TV to Big screen...very nostalgic. Those were the days of audio cassettes and VHS tapes...😊 It would be a good idea for them to be selective of the movies they take on and enjoy playing their age on screen too.

I feel:very odd to be frank.

I had felt odd when they had completed a decade also (late 90s).

Khans made our childhood, we grew up watching them. It feels odd that time has passed by.

Then there were some family members and friends with who we had watched Khan films. Today some of them are no more. So in light of associative nostalgia it feels more odd.

It is like a sense of loss and disbelief. Itna time beet bhi gaya?

I know it sounds cheesy but the memories are so fresh that it does seem like yesterday.

These days when I see TV channels giving tributes to 90s actors and singers it feels very odd. 90s, 2000s is history? So soon?

I miss Khans younger days and films.

I certainly don't want them to retire or go into hibernation. But I don't like them trying to pass off as young either.

Lots of memories associated with Khans, actresses like Juhi, MD, Lolo (90s brigade)...

It is hard to accept it is over.

I can't imagine Khans grey haired, playing grand dad or dad to grown ups.

I have not seen any young actor charismatic enough yet. Promising ones are there but they do not have impact or freshness that others had.

I would have Khans try to play roles other than dad types. Why can't they break the mould? We can have senior cops, detectives, professor, scientist etc type characters that are age appropriate and have substance. Can't imagine them in K3G or Mohabbatein type baap roles though!
