It was a little early in the evening & the roads were crowded. Everyone was in rush to reach their desired places on time. Street vendors were taking their respected spots to open & start their shops. Cool winds were blowing & the weather was a bit chilly as it was the winter season.
Amidst this there comes vision of a beautiful two story building with Sheikh Villa beautiful engraved on the name plate. A man in his mid thirties with a bag hung on his shoulder & some files in his hands rang the bell.
After sometime a young teen boy opened the door.
-Jee
-Salaam Walekum. Miss Ayesha Sheikh yahin rehti hain? There is a parcel for her.
- Jee haan yahin rehti hain. Main unka bhai hun Wahaaj. Aap aayiye andar. Saying so he opened the door wide giving the man way to entre.
-Kaun hai beta. Ayesha's father who was setting with his wife having their evening coffee asked.
-Abbu Baji ke liye parcel hai. Wahaaj said moving aside letting his Abbu see the man.
-Salam Walekum Bhaijaan Bhabhi. He politely wished them both. They nodded back at him & offered to take a seat. Mera naam Nawaj hai. Miss Ayesha ka parcel hai.
-Ashi ka parcel! Kahan se aaya hai? Kisne bheja? Ayesha's mother asked confusedly.
-Are Begum usse bolne to dijiye. He Slightly chuckled. Maaf kijiyega Bhaijaan. Main Ayesha ka Abba hun aap yeh parcel mujhe de dijiye.
-Jee behtar hai. Nawaj said with a knowing smile & opened his briefcase to take out an envelope. Wahaaj took it from him & he raised from his seat to take her Abbu's signature on delivery sheet.
After which he folded the sheets to secure them back in his briefcase & got up to leave.
-Are bethiye Janab kuch chai wai toh ljiye.
-Nahi bhaijaan Shukriya. Aap takaluf na karen. Der ho rahi hain ab main ijazat chahunga. Khuda Hafis.
-Allah Hafis. Her Abbu got up to shake his hand & escort him to the door.
He came back & saw his wife & son curiously trying to find out the sender's address.
-Kisne bheja hai beta. Her Ammi asked curiously.
-Ammi kisi ka naam nahi hai. Wahaaj said inspecting the envelop but failing to get any clue.
-Kya ho raha hai. Her father asked firmly startling both.
-Kuch nahi Abbu hum bas dekh rahe the.
-Lao idhar do mujhe. He took his seat back & Wahaaj gave him the envelop.
He tore the seal & put his fingers inside only to take it back out with two colourful leaflets shining brightly in light. He saw them & his brows creased in confusion. Wahaaj who was so eager & curious to see them took them later once his Abbu saw them. Her abbu again saw the envelop & noticed there was a white paper which looked like a letter. He opened it & started reading. Soon the clouds of confusion gave way to realization & a knowing smile formed on his face.
-Kya hua Kyun bewajah muskura rahe hain aap kiska khat hai? Kisne bheja hai parcel? Ammi asked getting all curious with all the suspense.
-Btata hun Begum sab btata hun. And then he went on telling her the whole matter. The news left both Ammi & Wahaaj shocked & stunned that Abbu agreed for such a big thing.
-Wahaaj jao Behan ko bula lao.
-Abbu main ! Wahaaj whined as he was not happy with the news.
-han tum. His Abbu said sternly.
He made a sulking face & left hall to call Ayesha but saw Momal in the kitchen & thought to send her instead.
-Momal ja Baji ko bol Abba bula rahe hain.
-Par abbu ne toh aapko bheja hai BJ
-Jaati hai ke btaun abhi. He said in threatening voice.
Showing him tongue she ran towards Ashi's room.
Aayesh's Room
Ayesha the sweet, caring & loveable daughter of Sheikh family was smiling goofily reading the msgs on her phone sitting on her bed with the pile of cloths messily scattered all over the bed. On hearing her little sis shrieking her name loudly while entering her room she dropped her phone between the cloths.
-Momalll... Ayesha shrieked scolding her for scaring her.
-Oops Sorry. Momal said innocently. Oho Sorry ko maro goli. Aapi Aapi Aapi. Momal came & Jumped on the bed & hugged her elder sister dearly.
-OMG Momal kya ho gya itna pyaar. Kya baat hai.
-Baaji aap bhi sunuge na toh Khushi se naachne lagoge. She said wid the brightest of smiles.
-Acha aisa kya ho gya hai. Ruk pehle main mobile dhund lun. Ashi said searching 4 her phone.
-No Baaji pehle meri baat suno. She said holding Ashi's shoulder.
-Acha baba bta kya baat hai. Finally finding her phone.
-Baaji niche aapke liye Parcel aaya hai niche aur aapko pta hai usmain kya hai?
-Mere liye parcel. Ashi frowned. Suspense na bna sidha sidha bol baat kya hai. Kya hai parcel main?
-Baaji Aap Dubai ja rahe ho aapke liye tickets aaye hain. Maine khud Abbu ko kehte Suna
-What! Kya bakwaas kar rahi hai chal hattt. Jab dekho mzaak karti rehtti hai.
-Nahi baaji sachi. Niche chalo abbu ne aapko bulane bheja hai. Jake khud dekh lo.
-Agar jhot hua na Momal toh aaj toh boht pitegi. She warned Momal & took her dupatta from side table leaving to go in the hall..
On the other side
-Aap bhi kaise baat kar rahe hain Ashi ke Abbu Akeli ladki ko itni dur bahir behj dun. Mujhe toh herat hai aap maan kaise gaye.
-Offo Begum aap kha-m-khan gusaa ho rahi hain. Bas 3 din ki hi toh baat hai. Aur konsa woh akeli ja rahi hai uska bhai ja raha hai na uske saath.
-Par Abbu Wahaaj tried to say something.
-1 minute Wahaaj. Aur aap kitni aasani se han kar rahe hain. Mujhe toh bachi ko akele market tak bhejne main dar lagta hai. Aaj ka Zmana kaisa hai aap nahi jante kya. Koi waqt reh gya hai ki Akeli ladkiyan bina kisi dar phikar ghar se baahir ja saken. Aur yahan toh baat Videsh ki hai. Kitni bholi si bachi hai meri. Mera man nahi manta usse bhejne ko.
-Main achi tarah se waakif hun aapke har chinta se Begum. Manta hun Zmana bdal gya hai par hum jina toh nahi chod sakte na. Humein apne bachon pe bhrosa rakhna hoga aur unhe apni Zindagi main kuch kadam akele chalne ka hausla bhi dena hoga. Hamesha hum toh nahi rahenge na unka haath pakadke chlane ke liye. Tab kaise sambhalenge yeh khud ko. Aur aap hi toh hain jo 1 taraf kehti hain bachi ki shaadi ki umar ho gayi hai aur dusri taraf usse khudse door karne ke liye bhi taiyaar nahi hain.
-Kya aap kis baat ko kidhar leke ja rahe hain.
-Begum maan bhi lijiye bache bade ho gaye hain aur phir yeh bhi toh socho in 3 dino main Ashi bhi akele rehkar apna khyal rakhna sikh jayegi. Humti beti Samjhdaar hai ab zyada Zimedaar bhi ban jayegi.
Just as he finished Ayesha entered the hall.
-Are Aao beta Ashi tumhara hi intzaar ho raha tha. Aao betho beta.
Ayesha was totally confused so came & took a seat opposite to her brother who she didn't knew why was having pissed expressions.
-Jee Abbu aapne Bulaya.
-Han Beta. Yeh parcel aaya tha tumhare liye. Tumhare University ne tumhe recommend kiya tha bas wahin se job ke liye Interview ke liye tumhe Dubai jana hoga beta.
-Abbu main Dubai. Akele. Kaise. Kab?
-Are ismain pareshan hone wali koi baat nahi beta bas 3 din ki hi baat hai aur tumhare saath Saif bhi jayega tumhe company dene ke liye.
-Sach par Ammi. Ashi got excited but than sobered knowing her mother wont allow.
-Are Tumhari Ammi bhi maan gayi hain.
He looked at his wife who was not totally convinced & was skeptical but seeing the smile on her daughter's face gave her consent.
-Toh chalo bhai ab jaldi se jao aur jaake packing shuru karo kyunki tumhare paas bilkul bhi waqt nahi hai. Kal Subah 11 baje ke flight hai Tumhari.
-Abbu Ammi sach main Dubai. Ashi asked whose face was glowing with happiness.
-Han bhai aur tumhe kya lag raha hai hum yahan mzaak kar rahe hain. Dekhiye Begum aapki beti ko.
-Lo ji yeh acha hai jab koi aisi baat ho toh yeh meri beti hai.
-Ammi Abbu I love u both so much. You r d bestest parents in the world. Ashi got up from her seat hugged her Ammi Abbu in excitement.
-Bas Bas ab yeh apna chilana chod aur chal jaldi packing kar. Yah Allah itna kaam pda hai abhi. Saying so her Ammi got up from her seat. Chal mere saath main kuch garam kapde nikal deti hun. Wahaaj ja Saif ko bhej mere paas. Momal tu kya khadi khadi dekh rai hai. Allah sare ke sare item ho 1 no. ki. Main na hun toh kya ho tum sabka.
She kept blabbering instructing & scolding her kids who in reaction giggled at their sweet mother's actions.
Airport
Every1 came to see off Ayesha & Saif who were going for their first journey by the plane. On one side Ayesh'a Abbu was explaining to Saif to take care of himself & his sister & reminding that he saved all important no. on his cell. Wahaaj standing with them was sulking as he did not got chance to go to Dubai. The other side her Ammi was getting emotional again to send her dearest daughter on her own for the 1st time & Ayesha, Momal & Wajeeha were trying to consol her. Once the announcement for their flight was heard her Abbu asked them to move ahead now. With so many hugs & tears both Sister & Brother carried forward for boarding their flight.
Dubai Airport
Their flight landed in Dubai. Ashi & Saif had a fun time during the whole journey. Saif kept ringing the bell to call air hostess for soft drinks, juices & magazines. And Ayesha was trying to control him scaring him few times but she herself was feeling amused with her kid brother's antics so after 2 -3 times she let him be.
Both came out & collected their luggage.
Saif-Baaji aap yahan rukko main aaya
-Ruk kahan ja raha hai.
-Baaji jana hai plz. He signalled wid his small finger that he needed to use loo.
-Jaa namuna. Ashi said feeling embarrassed .
After he left she started looking at the various shops within the airport and admired its beauty.
On other side of the airport 3 young girls were coming out walking in style carrying there trolley bags with right hands and adorning beautiful smiles on their faces.

One of them smiled when she saw someone standing at a distance stopped . She stopped the other two & signalled in the direction making them both also look & smile at that. They nodded at each other & started moving towards that person. Once close enough they left their bags & one girl started back counting from 3 to 1
on hearing 1 all three of them ran fast in the direction where Ashi was standing & hugged her tightly.
-Suprise...
Ashi who was standing idlely was startled & left a shriek when she felt 3 pair of hands engulf her in big bear hugs. She shunned their hands & was all ready to give them a hell lot of curses for misbehaving & frightening her but as soon as she turned she was left speechless.
All the three girls looked back at her with big smiles & raised their eye brows at her.
-OMG Aroo Affu Jas!!! I can't believe tum log sach main yahan ho
Aroo pinched her arm making her shriek with pain.
-Ab yakin ho gya Shona
Yah Allah come here.
And then Ashi hugged all 3 of them 1 by 1 tightly.
Mujhe toh ab bhi yakin nahi ho raha.
Phir se pinch karun Ashu!
Nahi pehle hi kinni zor se pinch kiya ouch.

So kaisa lga humara suprise Ashu
Affu its d bestest surprise ever I m toh on cloud nine.
Toh phir 10th cloud pe pahunchne ko bhi ready ho ja.

matlab yeh & Jas turned her to make Ashi come face to face with Yumna.

Both the girls again repeated what happened few minutes ago & now ppl were also looking at this gang of friends.
-OMG yeh tum sabka plan tha na mujhe yahan bulane ka Uni ka sab woh excuse tha na? She knew it but just needed confirmation.
-Yes my lord. All the four girls stand in a cue & saluted her.
-Tum sabna sach main cracked case ho.
-Taarif ke liye thank u Sardaar. Yum said
-Oye Sardaar main hun. Remember I m a punjabi. Jas said proudly
-Bestu main bhi Punjabi hun. Ashi interrupted innocently.
-Han baba ho dono punjabi ab ghar bhi chalen thak gya hun main. Affu said
-Han han chalo baaki batein ghar chalke karenge. Yum said taking Ashi's bag & moving ahead signalling them to follow.
They loaded their luggage in the minivan that they rented for three days. Yum was talking with driver who was putting the luggage & rest of the gang was gushing on the seeing the beauty of the city, Its clean roads & big building which were so tall yet built magnificently.
While they were talking Ashi received a msg.
-OMG Saif. Chotu Saif andar hi reh gya.
-what babydoll toh bhi kmaal hai log luggage bhulte hain tu bhai ko hi bhul ke chali thi. All laughed at it.
-Chup chal usse leke aate hain
-Ok chal. Girls tum log yahin ruko gadi main beth jao
-Nahi u go hum bahar hi hain kitna acha mausam hai hain Aloo.
-Han yaar mere se toh wait hi nahi ho raha. Dil kar raha hai abhi ghumne ko nikal jaun kitna saaf sfwaai hai & no traffic.
-Han Aloo but mujhe toh bhuk lagi hai joro se
-Tujhe toh hamesha bhuk hi lagi rehti hai. Aloo said
-Nahi yaar is time mujhe boht bhuk lagti hai.
-Ruk Mere paas buiscuit ka packet pda tha handbag main hoga. Affu said
-Woh toh main kha gya. Aloo said meekly
-Kya & she calls me bhukhad. Jas said narrowing eyes.
-Ok ok shant Mumma hum abhi aadhe ghante main ghar phunch jayenge phir aap pet bhar ke kha lena.
-Adha ghanta. Jas whined.
-Lo Shona aur Yum aa gaye.
-Thank God. Hi Saif. Jas said happily extending her hand.
Saif looked confused.
-Slaam Walekum Jas Baji.
The girls giggled seeing this to which Zoe passed them angry stares shutting them up.
-Slaam Saif Aloo & Affu wished together.
-Tum kahan reh gaye the. Aloo asked.
Saif looked at Ashi for help who smiled & diverted the topic.
-Yaar chalo bhi ab kinna time ho gya. Yahin rukna hai kya.
-Han chalo ander betho sab. Yum said
All settled in the Van & moved to their next destination that is Yum's home which was very beautiful Villa located in posh area & was just a 25 minutes drive from the airport.
On reaching all of them received a warm welcome from Yumna's family. They all made them feel at home. Girls gushed seeing the beautiful home & its interiors walking from here to there. Yumna's mom was the sweetest who loved the girls as her own. Soon Yum took them to their rooms Aloo & Jas shared one while Ashi & Affu was sharing the other. And Saif was staying alone in the room adjourned with Ashi's.
Dinner time
-Aunty you make the Yummiest food. Jas said taking another spoonful of Garlic Chicken.
-I agree aunty & these Kabaab's r so delicious dil kar raha hai sare kha jaun.
-Adhi plate toh tune already khali kar di hai Ashu. Affu said & all laughed
-Acha ab bas bhi karo. Thanks Beta tum dono Khao. I m happy ki u liked it. Aroo Saif yeh Halwa try karo na beta.
-Are nahi aunty maine already boht jyada kha liya hai. Saif said.
-Aunty ine rehne do In sabko apni figure ki chintta rehti hai aap mujhe do na. Jas said forwarding her plate.
-Mhh mujppee Ashi also did the same with mouth full making all laugh at their cute antics.
-Ammi Inka bas chale toh sabka hissa yeh hi kha jayen. Yum jibed
-Yum aise tookte nahi beta. Aur sikho apne doston se jab dekho khane se muh chidati ho.
-Ammi... She whined
-Acha sab log jaldi khatam karo phir ice cream bhi khani hai. Yum aao meri madat karo.
-Ice cream...Affu grinned.
-Nahi aunty abhi pet pura full ho gya hai Ice cream kal kha lenge. Haina Affu...saying so Ashi winked at Affu who blinked her eyes in understanding.
-Acha chalo theek hai phir. Yum's Ammi agreed when everyone said the same thing.
After finishing everyone retired for the night but the gang of friends still had lot of energy to stay up for all night. They kept chatting remembering & refreshing so many happy times of their friendship. They teased each other, smiled, hugged, kissed, mimicked to make fun of each other & shed some happy tears to get chance to meet each other.
-Yum Ashi aur Affu kabse gaye hain na kitchen. Coffee bna rahe hain ke jake so gaye hain. Jas asked.
-Han yaar kafi der ho gayi main dekhke aati hun.
-Main bhi aata hun meko bhi pyaas lagi hai. Aloo tu bhi aaja na.
-Han chalo Apple.
All three girls left their room to go to kitchen but noticed the lights were off & got confused. Then they noticed a little light coming out of the refrigerator & moved towards that. Aloo shouted & clutched Yum's hand seeing 2 silouette's with open hair. Jas switched on the lights only to come 2 face to face with two ice cream chors who were devouring it in the darkness.
-Acha ji toh yeh ban rahi hai coffee
Jas said looking at Ashi & Affu who quickly hid the Ice cream tub behind their back but didn't knew their faces have evidences of their shaitaani.
-Ab chupake kuch nahi hoga Babydoll humne sab dekh liya hai.
-Allah tum dono kitni drawni lag rahi thin. Aloo said in a funny way & all three laughed.
-Dekha Yum Yum aur yeh mujhe bhukad kehte hain. Dekho aaj saabit ho gya kon hai asli bhukad cum ice cream chor.
-Soyyi na Mumma but sachi hum thodi si hi khane wale the hain Ashu.
-Oh han thoda sa Yum dekh 1 bucket already khatam ho gya. Aloo said
-It was very tasty Ashi said meekly.
-Acha chalo ab room main chalte hain coffee cancel. Gud night every1 chal Aloo. Jas said looking upset.
-Bestu sun na main abhi coffee bnake lata hun. Lagta hai woh bura maan gayi. Ashi said
-Han toh Ashu maine bola nahi tha dusra bucket nahi kholte.
Ashi opend her mouth wide.
-Acha ulta chor kotwaal ko dante Bucket kholne toh tune bola tha na mujhe.
-Babydoll Affu ab bas bhi karo dono. Chalo chalke sote hain woh dono bhi chalegaye sone tum bhi chalo 12 bajne wale hain. Yum said specially to Affu who understood why Jas left abruptly.
-Oh yeah chalo Ashu i m also feeling tired lets go sleep. Keeping the bucket back in fridge they left for their rooms.
Everyone was sound sleep except Ashi who was getting angry on her bhulakad frnds for forgetting her Bday. She reminded them few days ago but now when she is with them they forgot she knew it is due to their excitement to finally meet each other & tiredness from the journey that it might have slipped from their minds but still she can hope na.
